Hey, we have a management company but unfortunately we are very selective and only take into management the villas we have built ourselves. We’ve heard good things about various management companies, if I had to recommend one it would be VBM Bali (villa bali management).
@@thehousebali Hi, I was approached by these 2 companies which claims to do real estate in Bali, naming Bali Invest and Coco Development. I did some research on them, but would like to get more information on them, especially from someone who specialize dealing in Bali if they are a legitimate company
Hello, I heard that you need a Pondok Wisata to rent out your property in Bali, and only Indonesians or businesses can get one.. so how does a foreigner rent out their villa in Bali?
Hello, when acquiring a leasehold property, the Pondok Wisate should already be included. The Pondok Wisata is usually applied on behalf of the local landlord (freehold owner). You will have the right to use the permit throughout your leasehold duration. The Pondok Wisata is also used to declare income rental taxes.
Sorry. The real risk in investing in Bali that there in no normal possibility for a non Indonesian person, to own land. There is only two choices. Marine an Indonesian man or women or do a ptma wich cost 10 billion IDR. Don't tell the people that it is easy. Forget it and tell the truth.
Hey 😊 actually we really encourage our clients to NOT invest in freehold. Freehold = higher risks, higher investment and lower ROI. We only deal and propose leasehold options, this is where we get 15-20% ROIs 😌
Good tips bro 👍.. thanks 🙏
Can you recommend any good management companies around Bali?

And also a PT.PMA doesn’t cost 10 billion IDR.. We can put you in contact with a consultant and he’ll give you the right facts & information. 😉
