tl;dr; "netsh winhttp reset proxy"
After trying everything to fix this issue I read the logs. The issue in my case was that valorant was trying to connect to internet through a proxy. (127.0.0.1:2081) But since the proxy was not running the connection eventually timesout. So the solution was running `netsh winhttp show proxy` & `netsh winhttp reset proxy` in elevated cmd.
Hope this help for someone who has the same problem as me :)

First I have restarted my Pc. After that I have tried to start Valorant and it didnt work. Then Inhave opened Task Manager and closed everything from riot. Vanguard aswell!! And then I have started Valorant and it did work.
I have tried this before too, but I didnt close Vanguard. This time I did and it worked!
