What is an IEP and examples when a teacher is not following it?

"What is a IEP ? Can you please give example of a teacher who is not following the iep plan thanks concerned mom" and
"I went to visit my child’s teacher who I asked about his school work and his grade she said his grade reflects his work she said he don’t do it so what do you want me to do I was shark when she said that advice please"

Thanks for this.This granny is getting ready to explode. These precious children are suffering. My 9 year old told me last night, "I'm stupid. I can't do anything. I'll never get a job." She will be the top of her class in a year or two. She is one of the smartest kids I've ever seen. She is struggling with reading. She sits in class, not doing her work BECAUSE SHE CAN'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. And she is afraid to keep asking for help. She is afraid of making the teacher mad AND being made fun of. I hate it all. Some children, with these learning disabilities become class clowns, bullies, suicide victims just to cover up the pain or just get rid of the pain. My beautiful sweet girl...💔 She will be okay.
