I was looking into this project and upcoming Manta Bay in Al Marjan but I heard Ras Al Kham is very poor. Do u think tourism will support this?

@@chriszeer8113 Honestly, I have no idea mate.
Here's the thing, although I love RAK with all my heart, if I had to invest, I'd pick Dubai over RAK at least for now. Dubai feels like a safer bet.
