Appreciate the video as there were no directions w/ patio door I purchased. Used a long flat head screwdriver to lift the door from the bottom and then turned the adjustment screws with a phillips since I did not have a spare body to hold the door up.
Thanks! When i turned it clockwise to move the frame side up, i thought it reached the max height because the screw won’t move further and i still needed adjustment. You said the door needed to be lifted to remove weight on it and it helped me screw it a few more turns. 😂
Our sliding glass door doesn't have all those screws to adjust rollers. It has a hole on the front side (same side as latch) down near the bottom. If I stick a Phillips screwdriver in that hole, not sure if there is anything in there to adjust the door? The door appears to be on a track vs. rollers. I tried adjusting the latch (snib I think it is called by turning the screw counter clockwise) and door still doesn't latch. The latch part doesn't stick out far enough to line up the striker plate either. Not sure what to do? For now, we have a floor lock in place and that is the only thing locking the sliding glass door.
Hey Jeld-Wen, how about a video showing how to eliminate the grinding noise when opening and closing the door? Ours is only 2 years old and sounds like it's about to fall apart. Wish I had bought PGT!
I have this glass door. The part number for it came off. The roller screw are rusted and I need new parts for it. Your website sucks for looking up parts. Can someone help me get new rollers for this model please and thank you.
Your video is useless think about it you didn't explain which screw you loosen 1st the top or bottom then which grew to raise the window then which screw to secure the window

Thank you, really helped a door we put in over a year ago that we never adjusted.
Thank you. Really helped me

I had that problem and taped a thin washer to the frame so the nipple got pressed in. I will try to adjust the door later - this is just temp.
thank you

You have debris in the track. Need to clean it, dry it, then apply some lithium grease.
Are the jeld wen patio doors reversible
1:25 seconds to tell you to turn clockwise to raise.
