Huge congrats to Rodah Tanui, Solomon Kirwa and all the participants!
I can't express how grateful I am for all those "Go Thierry" "On Y Va Thierry" and "Vai Thierry" from both friends and strangers. You know who you are! You helped me finish in 3:36:19, thank you!
I've loved the city of Copenhagen and its people, I'll be definitely back! (As soon as I get some savings together.)
Please, let me know in the comments if you've enjoyed this vid.

Great work! It was certainly hot that day! ;-)
I was quite surprised by the temperatures in CPH!
Keep the tranning going for your next ones
Thank you! I’ll be running my third one in Barcelona in March 👍🏾
There are 4 parkruns in Copenhagen. Including the first parkrun outside England that is still open.
Thanks for the tip!
Was tough in the heat. I struggled from around that exact same point as you did at 32k. The heat got to me and I felt dizzy and like I was going to be sick 🤢 Was running approx 3:07 pace up to that point and had to dig in to get to the finish in 3:20
Huge congrats Mark!
Well done Brother!
Thank you! Oslo Marathon went better!
Nice video! :) Just wondering... was it your goal to run around 2:50? Because otherwise it might be a good idea to pace yourself (better) for the next one :P
anywhere around 3 would have made me a happy kid :) , but as I say in the recap video I've got a lot to work on. Thanks Martin!
