@Saleforce Hulk why we are using owner based criteria? in this video you make a sharing rule in which you add multiple members in a group which is named as saleforce team and you are sharing of that group record to a particular person which is VP north american sales . so you can also add VP north american sales iin saleforce team so why you use owner based criteria ?

Owner based sharing rule is used for giving access of records owned by all users(with particular role, public group, etc)
In your post Production you should definitely add some gain to your microphone. It can use a bit more gain and clarity.
