glad I skipped this one. I've been skipping quite a few lately. The softer plastics and the wonky articulation are really starting to tick me off. Techno viper and retro scarlet are the only ones left on my preorder list now I think. The only reason I'm getting Scarlet too is because I want a Scarlet with proper elbow joints. My other 2 are severely lacking compared to Lady J. I don't care that its retro Scarlet (although the "mold" looks very nice 😂) I just want a Scarlet with proper articulation. I just hope shes not too gummy. Also I loved the techno viper as a kid and I'm a sucker for cobra troop building figures. I'm only picking up one of these though cause I know there will be Q@C stuff that's going to piss me off. God knows the Snow Serpent was a huge let down with those tiny rifles and hands that look way to small on the figure. Not a fan of the snow board but at least it came with snow shoes......that I can hopefully use on the Valaverse snow trooper cause I put my snow serpent on a skidoo chasing Snowjob down on his cross country skies. All I need now is a black 1/12 scale Aston martin and I can kind of recreate one of my favorite scenes in my fav bond movie The living daylights...or heck maybe the intro Roger Moore scene in The Spy who loved me. 😂😂
Fu**'n BACKPACKS, man haha. Some of them seem to weigh as much as the figure. I am looking at YOU, Viper 3-pack. 😂 Also, trying to get Major Bludd's to stay in and hold his rockets? INFURIATING. nice review as always, APWT. I always look forward to these. 🤘🏻
I’m really excited to get this figure. I liked the original bc I like the O-ring figure, but I’m digging the NF colors. I even like the red light on the JoePro!
@@Apunkwithtoys I’m trying to decide if I would buy “regular” versions of Big Ben, Wolf Spider and Shooter bc I like their color schemes so much. I know I’ll buy regular versions of Ripcord and Crazylegs bc I had both those figures in O-ring.
bavkpack strap not repainted defense is flawed. They save a huge amount variants cause mold plates done already no new mold work they just use variants mostly in bigger profit boosts.....
meticulous review as ever bro each reviewer has his strengths and weaknesses, you, you re as rigid and severe as a drill instructor, no blemish passes ; YOU MAGGOT!!! with little effort, since we only see you face us, and never your profile, you d easily pass as Sgt Slaughter, as we never see your chin... another guy looks like Roadblock... I look like a shorter Hawk, longer brown hair, but the white streak just a funny fact to make you smile a little, lol so now you know... tunnel rat I had him end 80s, just did reviews by then, I was too old to do missions anymore I d take out the entire team and have them standing in rows and by rank, welcoming the new agent - member, supervised by the leader ...and that d be it, after a few minutes of looking at the whole scene now I can t afford him as extra anymore, but he s cool to have + he fits any green military agent harmoniously like I love looking at Grunt and Nunchuk as a team, it looks good. I doubt I d get 2 versions, but who can argue with love? lol [classified] Hasbro officially responded to the 'battle stations' & battle gear packs future release, ...maybe loose ram cycles, ferrets, snake armours, the watch tower, the missile station... yummy! I acquired the 'ark' and work on dios [4] for my small scenes so now you know... good show bro
Great review! I actually do kinda prefer this one over the original, but I may have to spend some extra and get that GridIron Studios Tunnel Rat pack to go along with it.
I do like the tunnel rat figure I have the first one and really am thinking of getting the second because I like tiger force/ night force sub teams! He is a bit clunky with his loadout but I think I will minimize his gear but yeah I will eventually get this one🙌🙌🙌✨
The NECA street scene. It’s been out for several years. There are 3 versions (animated, regular, and dilapidated). The one in his background is the reissue that bbts had.
I ordered this from Walmart but why did mine ship from California to come all the way to New York City???? They have Walmart on the east coast clearly and multiples of distribution centers in the Midwest and along the east coast and the best option was to send it from California. Good review I’ll see if mine really arrives today. They sent it via some unheard of carrier I’ve never heard of.

I knew that the Haslab did for everyone who backed the HISS or so I thought that’s where all shipped from, but an action figure that’s also a Walmart exclusive I thought that was a bit extreme that it’d have to travel from Cali all the way to NYC rather than somewhere in the heart land or heaven forbid Jersey 🤣 I got my hiss today, it’s a sizeable vehicle and I’m wow’d completely. Good ass Haslab for sure!
When I ordered my Tunnel Rat, I ordered Night Force by mistake. I'm very happy that my incompetence paid off with this one. No regrets.

A lot of people feel the way that you do. I think it looks good, I just loved the O-Ring one so it makes me like that one a little more.

I think the buck is pretty good, but everything he comes with is too big for him. With that said, that’s how it was in the 80’s.
