Hi there Gladys, thanks for the comment. The high bust measurement can be used if you know you are petite around the neck and shoulders. I tend to move between size lines from the underarm up to the shoulder. There's still no substitute for running up a toile to check shoulders as there is so much more to shoulder adjustments than bust measurements! Maybe that's for another video......
