@dickysetiawan3045 the reason I'm asking is the same reason why I'm questioning your request. *there's more than 100 videos on how to hit the heavy bag*
@dickysetiawan3045 I agree this is a great channel, but you know there are others right? You don't have to stick to one channel to teach you. The higher skill level stuff is less seen on the Internet cus it's taught irl in a gym with a coach, for someone like me who travels a lot and can't stay with a consistent coach it's hard for me to get more advanced. This isn't to discredit beginners, I'm trying to tell you there are other resources that are on this site for beginners. Tony Jeffries has a lot of great stuff for beginners, I recommend you check it out. 😁
I love how you didn't edit the close. Lol. You seemed a bit frustrated today, however, your method of explanation is second to none. Thank you for all you do.
You can do a Day in the Life, diet, exercise, sparring, recovery
That must be in the works
Love the videos 📹. U have a very good calm way of explaining baiscs and how to do it.
Another banger advice video
Great video with a really relaxed explanation of the techniques

Great video man. Could you also make one about the rhythm of boxing and how to disrupt your opponent's rhythm as well. Thanks.
Can you make a video, how to hit heavybag corectly?
Really? You couldn't find that on UA-cam and need to specifically request for a video done on it?
@@Carpe-Diem-gg1hg why not, that's how he will grow his channel, listen what their subs needed. He good at explaining boxing
