I typically use a combination of Uptodate.com, WHO, CDC, Murray's Medical Microbiology, Abbas' Immunobiology, and primary literature. The Osmosis Group is working on a textbook that will come out soon that I had a hand in writing the scripts for, so that would have some content too.
