Returnal, one of the most underrated games I've ever played. For me, it should be up there with GoW Ragnarok and ER. Hard and unforgiving AF, yes, but the gameplay is just so addicting. I've finished the game but I always find myself replaying the hell out of it. It's just that fun. Combat is just tight and responsive. Story is a mind bender. Sound is just *chef's kiss*. Boss fights are epic, almost biblical in scale. And the graphics, the way the enemy's projectiles fill the screen like a christmas light show except touching these christmas lights will kill you.
You've also mentioned the Tower mode. It's a never ending mode wherein you clear out all the enemies on a floor before gaining access to the next floor/level. It's a nice alternative when you want to take a break from the campaign's story and consistent loot scavenging because the Tower just lets you focus on on eviscerating floor after floor after floor of enemies. There is no searching for loot here because the loot is literally given to you so the momentum you get from destroying enemies isn't broken. It's just pure, uniterrupted, never ending mayhem.
I guess it's not that obvious that I adore this game, given my lengthy comment, but hands down, this is a 100% must buy.

Part 2 was just as amazing & don't believe some people that complain about the story as its still a masterpiece.
I am glad that you are considering playing the TLOU Part II. The gameplay and visuals are sublime, and dare I say, the best the PS4 has to offer. The 60FPS patch on PS5 takes this game to another level. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Nice list bro! Ps5 is amazing! I just finished Rachet and Clank - Rift Apart and I must say it blew me away by the graphics and gameplay. Playing Ghost of Tsushima now.. such a beautiful game and nice story!

Great Video! You should definitely try Returnal, as difficult as it is. The gameplay and combat is incredible, very fast-paced, and very addicting.
And I 100% agree, Ghost of Tsushima is amazing, it's my samurai dream game, amazing combat system, it's online mode is fun, incredible graphics, and a PS5 version to make it even better. Imo, i think it still has some of the best adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. Between God of War Ragnarok and Ghost of Tsushima, I can't pick a #1.

Loved Plague Tale Innocence & Requiem used the same formula, added a few things without detracting from the story of a brother & sister searching for a way out. It's a beautiful game with a wonderful story & voice actors for the characters brought their A game.
They are such beautiful games!! Honestly totally underrated!!

I remember playing metro exodus on the original Xbox one when it first released. That the quality of it was amazing then with the next gen upgrade it really blew it out of the water with the ray tracing!

Great stuff man. As I’ve recently got a PS5 and never had a PS4, I have two questions.
For games that exist on both generations, does it make sense to buy the PS4 version and get a free update on PS5, in that it might be cheaper this way? Either in the PSstore or on disc, where I Imagine you could get used PS4 games cheaper than buying new for PS5. Also, is there an organised way of knowing which PS4 games have received 60 fps performance patches or unlocked frame rates for PS5, like in the case of TLOU2? I bet there are a bunch of PS4 games worthwhile on PS5, but mostly trying to make 30fps a thing of the past, you know. Thanks 🙏
Some games get a free update which maybe I should do a video on, but yes at the time of horizon forbidden west you could buy the ps4 version and you would get a free upgrade... But there quite a few ps4 games were you can get an upgrade. TLOU2, Origins, Im not sure the others

Wow I didn’t know AC Origins got a 60fps patch. It was one of my favourite games on xbox One X in 4K, but I always wanted 60fps as 30 in that game is particularly jarring to the eyes. When I look the game up on PS Store now, it doesn’t say anything about a 60fps upgrade for PS5, it’s only listed as PS4 pro enhanced. This is strange, because if a game is patched for PS5, why wouldn’t they advertise it??
This illustrates the usefulness of a potential video about the topic, because I never would’ve even considered picking the game up on PS5 if it wasn’t for the 60fps upgrade. Thanks again!

I usually buy 1/2 games per month but I spend my money wisely. Eat and cook a lot from home, don’t go out and spend money on alcohol… So I can make sure I have enough for gaming lol

Sifu I bout for like $50 right with the quarry. Had $13 off from my purchase. Sifu was worth the price, but the quarry not so much. Ik sifu was like $25 on black Friday just like TMNT and I think the quarry was maybe 30 something bucks. I am going to have to buy games on black Friday next time. I don't know if I am going to do that for spiderman 2 though😬

Where's Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, I just got my PS5 at the beginning of December. I actually got a lot of these games on this over the last couple weeks off the Amazon sale.
But I have to Say you are Missing out if you Dont play Ratchet & Clank. It has the Best Graphics on PS5 or at least top 3 Graphics on PS5. I love that game it is 10/10. I finished it and can't stop thinking about it. The Graphics are truly next level. Great channel by the way. This is my 'go to' for PS5 games stuff.
