2018 Tron Lightcycle Power Run Roller Coaster On Ride Front Seat 4K POV Queue Shanghai Disneyland

- Take a front seat ride on the Tron Lightcycle Power Run Roller Coaster at Shanghai Disneyland. This was my first trip here and to China and was pleasantly surprised by the park. The park was clean and the guests were well behaved unlike what I have read and seen in mentions by other Disney Vloggers. The ride was amazing and can't wait to ride it when it comes to the Magic Kingdom in Florida.
I had to use a wrist mounted Gopro to film this so the low light performance is not as good as my other videos. In fact, my Sony A7s died on the trip and I had to get a cheap Sony a6300 as an emergency back up camera. So the Shanghai Disneyland POV will as nice in low light as I normally would like. Which means I will have to make another visit.
You can hear my horrible attempt at speaking Mandarin Chinese in the video. All you native speakers try not to laugh too much for this ABC's (American Born Chinese) attempt at Chinese.

Holy crap, the whole atmosphere of that ride is incredible!!!!! I would love to visit the Shanghai park one day, this looks amazing!!! Tron’s been one of my favorite movies since ever, and this just fulfills all of my greatest fantasies about it!

I was there on September 10. Same day as you. I rode it twice, once in the morning and once at night. I really enjoyed the feeling of a bike-like coaster, especially it being a lightcycle.
2021 can’t come soon enough. Can’t wait for this to open at WDW

Plus every American carries a backpack and/or purse. There was none on the ride. They picked them up after they got off. Sure hope they do that in Florida too.

Was it thrilling? It looks tame and a lot of brakes in between. Still excited to ride this in Magic Kingdom.
It's actually pretty thrilling. The midcourse brakes did kill the pacing a bit.

I am plan work for the World Trade Center in New York City and other cities in the world to travel and into Shanghai, China. I can check Disneyland in Shanghai for the Tron roller coaster with lighted cycle.

yeah, you should be able to, but they also have a regular seated car in the back of some trains so all people can ride comfortably
In China people are generally smaller than Americans, so I don't think this ride will go over very well in FL where people tend to have larger waistlines. Even Flight of Passage is problematic for larger guests.
They will probably adjust the ride vehicles in Florida so that more people can ride it.

Much better, but is not much time the jounrey ride like this... Is the way too short for ride it, is quite boring time the way to it at all. Is a shame.
