I miss these two so much!! There’s a hole in the movie critic world that was never filled. Rip
Thanks so much for these directors compilations!
Wag the dog is one of my favourite movies.
I love these collections, great idea Mr Skynet
Thanks for these vids man, i watch them all the time. One question, where tf are the David Fincher films!!!!!!! ✌️
Where's their Tin Men reviews??? That's one of my fave Levinson flicks! I still recall them calling it a bookend with Diner, as they felt the guys selling siding were the boys in Diner grown up.
THANK YOU!
They never mention the fantastic / funny Tin Men, even when talking generally about how great Devito / Dreyfuss are!
I don't get it, I just don't. (same year as Good Morning, Vietnam too! Wow.)
Levinson’s best movies are awesome classics, his worst are classic bombs
Well said
Long time since i saw Rain Man. But I remember being more impressed by Cruise than Hoffman. Althoigh I am a Hoffman fan , and can generally take or leave Cruise.
Very much the same for me. In Rain Man, it is Cruise’s character that shows an arc of change and growth. And it seems totally organic, believable. No shade on Dustin Hoffman, though. The nature of his character was to be limited, in a sense static. Interesting film.
Bugsy needs some kind of revival.
Way underrated movie!
Ita a shame we don't make movies like this anymore.
Obviously you haven't been searching that far for good modern movies.
