edit: never mind just realised pekin actually watched the vod to check if he had taunt xD its okay, i had fun looking up shen's ability cooldowns anyway
shen used taunt at 07:54 and the fight was happening at 8:20, or at least thats when pekin was asking for the taunt. considering shen's 'shadow dash' cooldown is 16 secs, he would have had it at 8:10. the man had taunt and decided not to use it xD (shadow dash is shen's second maxed ability so the cd is taken to be 16s instead of 18s, Even if shen was maxing 'spirit's refuge', his shadow dash would have been off cd at 8:12). He just sat on the ability until you were in range of fiora's flash Q
This is such a pointless comment but I still read it twice because I respect the hell out of some good research. TY for the data friendo, always nice to know when a Shen player isn't good because they generally scare the hell outta me.

As for the question about support challenger question, I'm unsure if it was a serious question or not but I think (as an ex support player myself) that there's a few big things that's different from how you normally approach the game and how a support will. Tracking enemy CDs and knowing special places to put long lasting vision, when to get vision defensively vs offensively, when to roam or lane or engage, etc etc etc. Being challenger and a former pro, you have a lot of this already and it's part of why a lot of high ELO players can play off roles and do not terribly. I think the hardest part with you being a better support than you already are is just picking up on a few of the more subtle things that supports generally need to do that often relies on adapting to the other players on your team. Like with the Shen play, for example, recognizing that he's either mental boomed or just outclassed or mind gapped by Fiora (I honestly couldn't tell which) I 100% would expect him to not set you up there (like what happened) and would need to max range Q if there would be any hopes of helping. And I don't know that the outcome there could be changed except by not going to help.
I def think you could be a challenger support player pretty easily, but honestly I think you could end up challenger or grand master with most any role just because you have that good of a grasp on the game and the mechanics in general across the board. Also sorry that got long and rambly because I'm bad at explaining thoughts and shit but as always thanks for the vids and streams Pekin.

Would love it if you made an educational series with champions u dont usually play like gragas, camille, gangplank, evelynn etc. I know you would think "ah but im a mid player so there are people who are better fit to teach these champions", but it's about your style of delivering info that makes it super informative and I'm sure you would improve my gameplay with them as the result. These could even be done in lower elo, why not

Any idea what to play support with a beginner adc? I feel like going enchanter is asking to loose, going engage support = I won't get follow up, and roaming = letting them die... I'm thinking about Thresh/Renata to not get dived/have pressure with Q while being able to roam a bit (but not 24/7 like Bard)
Playing in gold/plat, you can check opgg, yes I usually main mid (viewer from EUW btw, Pekin videos are enjoyable worldwide)
Same from Brazil, I'm in plat and the only enchanter worth to play right now is Janna, right after Sona and Nami.
Janna with Shurelya, Ardent or Flow Staff depend on whos carrying in your team and redemption are your fixeds, you can switch boots between speedy and ionian, "last" item could be Mikaels, chemtech, you could buy them first too if needed
killer supports like xerath, zyra, pyke and brand can carry low elo. I personally enjoy lux but shes not that good as support. the others are quite good tho despite having bad reputation

Not all of us have that view, but it *is* a trend. In my opinion, our education system is screwed because of how ludicrously expensive anything post-high school is. When you've got multiple tens of thousands of dollars to pay back, it's hard to say people thinking of it only in terms of a return on investment are wrong.
