Calling produce at 28:00 is suboptimal. The game is guaranteed over, and produce is only valuable for the tie-breaker and Merchant Guild, which you don't have. It would be better to deep explore to ensure you can cover any possible double plays from the opponent. Alternatively, it would also be better to call develop, since Mining Conglomerate is a 6 point play for you (2 for MC, 2 for MG, 2 for the extra consume you would x2), and I'm not sure there are any dev plays the AI can make that would match that.
Same thing at 39:54. Looking at the VP pool remaining, there's no reason to play Produce here. You lack consume powers for your goods, so settling the Galactic Trendsetting yields 7 points. Alternatively, developing the Research Labs you threw away would consume a green and count for a dev towards GFed.
Actually to nitpick a bit further here, Produce wouldn't even help Merchant Guild since this Keldon program uses the older versions of the cards. Merchant Guild doesn't have its scoring for goods here so it's rather weak, and there are a bunch of differences like that if you look through the video. Outlaw World doesn't have its +1 military, Imperium Armaments World costs 4 cards for some godforsaken reason, etc.
this is a great video and very informative and entertaining to watch. I'm not sure if I will get through all 3 hours but it's been great so far.

@@danielmdubois Yeah I wasn't paying much attention to games that were 100% won. I just mashed buttons to get to the next game mostly.

to accomplish this in 15 minutes per game on average is super impressive
