SLGs are so tempting to buy for the reason you say. I’ve managed to massively slow down my SLG purchases which I’m pleased about! Recently treated myself to the LV Zoe Wallet in empreinte after ages xx
@iamsamia86 I guess I dont really carry anything extra in my wallet for my kids. We are all on the same bcbs insurance plan, so only need one card. But also have the app, so i guess I could just use my virtual card if I didn't didn't want to carry the "real" thing. I try to just keep 5 $20 bills or so for an emergency (keep more cash in me vehicle) and an Aldi quarter, drivers license, work badge, and several debit/credit cards. So basically ~10 cards (ID, insurance, cc), several bills, and quarter. All that fits really easily in a compact wallet or zip card case with some room to spare. My kids are really young though (3 kids under 4), so I need to be able to fit it in my back pocket so I can be completely handsfree with no purse if needed.
Just stop wasting money on huge companies that are only rich because of the poor lol It’s one of the biggest scams, IMO 😂. They’re only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for them. It’s wild ppl are willing to spend so much on a wallet or purse when someone in their area is starving. Idk lol

Someone starving in my area is not my fault. They need to work harder to earn money. Just because I can afford luxury doesn't mean I'm obligated to do charity to poor people who don't work as hard as I do. That just robbing me in daylight. I do all the work and give them money? Nope.
🤦🏻♀️ the point is to not have to repurchase those items for longer. My leather goods are used until they break. When i want to treat myself, i usually get a canvas bag 🤷🏻♀️ i use leather bags for my everyday and work bags but for a fun piece, im not going to splurge.

I'm supporting myself and my disabled father in a single income household and this is what i can afford after fucking bills and gas to get to work to pay bills
Exactly. My old wallet busted...then one day, I was walking down the street and discovered a vendor selling wallets for $5. Got the last women's wallet he had. Even has a coin pocket. I love it so much I would have gotten 3 of them if possible. People think it's high end. I get compliments on it so often. Gets the job done. 😊

This is very true for me I stopped buying the SLG's in 2019.

So so true. SLGs I tend to buy only as I need them. So basically use it until it explodes n then buy a new one to replace a broken one.

i think you need a large wallet (especially for moms) a smaller wallet for cash and cards and a card holder for on the go or mini purse
