The more complex your transactions are the better it is to ask a consultant. Try wundertax (follow my tutorial) and see if you understand everything and then decide afterwards

As i mentioned in the video the number is Fixed by the Government based on where the money is send. Pakistan is in group 4 so the maximum claimable amount per person would be 2436. So the maximum claimable amount for supporting 3 people in Pakistan would be 7308

Well legally you should mention everything. Not mentioning the facts could lead you into trouble. As far as the acceptance goes , if your father doesnt get more than 600€/month you should expect at least some return from the Tax office.

According to the rules they both are too young to be supported but if you can some how prove that they cannot work only then can you claim the amount for your parents otherwise not

Hello, there are 2 things. 1. You cannot claim the loan amount in a tax return, you can only put the interest on the loan in your tax return 2. As far as I know, you cannot claim the expense on a loan outside Germany, but please confirm this with a tax consultant

As I mentioned in the video, you cannot get the whole amount as is. You only get part of it back and as almost 2/3 of the year has also passed your claimable amount will further decrease. That said if you are sending money to your mother then it would be better to send in one payment now. In the reference it sould be as family support.

Unfortunately Wundertax doesnt have the maintenance declaration feature yet, so you might want to use another platform. As far as the property goes, you will have to mention it in the maintenance declaration form and its up to the individual tax officer to assess if your father can support themselves or not. So no harm in applying
Within one year if there is a profit then it will be taxed after 1 year its tax free. Only the profit will be taxed, if there was a loss within that 1 year (and sale was made at a loss) you can adjust the loss against profit from the same asset class

Unfortunately as your father own the house, he does have the ability to sell it and live off that money ( this is what the finanzamt might argue), that said you can always apply and see how the finanzamt responds.

February is also ok, but the later you send the money, the lower that chances of acceptance of the whole amount.

Well it is written in the conditions. However each case is assessed by a case officer and they do the interpretation.

Per person is a maximum 9744/4 for Pakistan. So if you can prove the case for you Father and Wife you can claim a max amount of 4872euros.

It's not about how the money is used, it's mainly for family support i.e. the person being mentioned in the documents is getting it and using it.

Unfortunately Wundertax doesnt have the maintenance declaration feature yet, so you might want to use another platform.
As far as the property goes, you will have to mention it in the maintenance declaration form and its up to the individual tax officer to assess if your father can support themselves or not. So no harm in applying

Within one year if there is a profit then it will be taxed after 1 year its tax free. Only the profit will be taxed, if there was a loss within that 1 year (and sale was made at a loss) you can adjust the loss against profit from the same asset class

Unfortunately as your father own the house, he does have the ability to sell it and live off that money ( this is what the finanzamt might argue), that said you can always apply and see how the finanzamt responds.

I am not quite sure. However, If all the conditions are met i.e. Age, the Person being needy then it shouldn't be a problem.
