Paldogangsan originally was a predebut 2011 song called Satoori rap just by the rapline, suga who is from Daegu, jhope from jeolla gwangju and Joon from seoul. It was the same verses. The original version was featured on a short news segment on tv. In the 7 member bts version they just distributed the lines more. It's such a detailed song, there is a dkdktv video that gives context for the references in the song. If you watch it, it might get a little easier to spot the differences between their accents.
If you loved Palgondasan you will love “Ma City” which is my fav BTS song and if you react to it has to be Live Version as it’s all about which city they all come from in Korea. Plus it’s a banger
About satoori, what I remember is that guys from Daegu (Suga) are the tough type lol, and the dialect sounds harsher I think 🤷🏻♀️ than other areas. JHope s dialect, from Jeolla region is said to be the most friendly, and as you noticed it sounds like it. Jimin and Jungkook are from Busan, while Jin and RM are from around Seoul and didn't grow up using satoori. Oh, and V has the same dialect as Suga also.
Actually RM and Jin are not from the capital, they were born really close to the frontier of North Korea. RM is frome Ilsan, he mentioned it in interviews and I think some songs too, but he moved to Seoul before the others. Jin is from the province of Gyeonggi. Their parents live so close that they share their vacations together, both families 💜
@@v.vlenmf05 Yes I said they are from "around Seoul" wich sounds weird anyway, I wanted to say they grew up closer to Seoul, in places where there is no satoori. Thanks for the corection, and actually I see now Ilsan is not that close, but it's an area that uses the "standard Seoul accent". Jin is indeed from Anyang (Gyeonggi province) that is like 20 km from the capital, so I wasn't off about him.
@@sc33h3o3 I think Busan and Daegu are somewhat similar. Google explains like this : The main difference between Busan and Daegu is which part of a word is given an accent. In Busan, the accent generally falls on the back syllable. While in Daegu the accent is on the front syllable
i am looking forward to u seeing the dance practises and the live of the performances from this album!! u gonna love it EVEN more coz they go crazy as usual!!!! cant wait for your next reaction to our 7 crackheads!!! xD
Love itt💜💜💜 Thank you for reacting, I find your thoughts very interesting and you're kind and funny ^^ I have to say I love their old songs, especially lyricism as always, but they get even better when Jin and Tae got more lines, in their first albums you can't really hear their beautiful voices, in the next albums the 7 get their time to shine in songs and it's really the BTS we all know💜 I'm going to listen to the song recommendation and I recommend to you: A Little Death - The Neighbourhood
i'd really recommended watch the explained video for paldogangsan by dkdktv if you're interested in all the references being made even if it on your own time. It's a really fun song and even better when you understand it
please react to satoori rap explained by dkdktv youll understand the song on a much deeper level its one of the hardest songs to fully understand for non korean speakers. also its very powerful and clever too. :)
