Great episode guys! I do however disagree on the whole aspect that playing Warzone makes you a pro. Warzone isn't an esport so really no one is a Warzone "pro". Also NickMercs USED to be a pro he's not a pro anymore he's a streamer so I do disagree there as well.
Being a pro to me is to compete for a official org AS A TEAM (not as individuals who play with players of a different org like how NYSL Aydan duos with 100T Rated) against other orgs in private matches
I don’t know why there’s this big debate on what a pro is. A “profession” by definition is a paid occupation. If it’s your job and you get paid to do it your a professional at it.
another question for the guys: seeing how much you all have grown as a group and as an org in the past 3-5 years, what goals do you all wanna achieve in the next stage of your lives? @mattrowemusic on twitter, appreciate the answer on my last two questions

Facts Momentum is more beneficial and leads to more success. Motivation only lasts 48 hours mentally. Not saying it isn't important, motivation is more like bathing/showering we recommend you do both daily.
Funny that when MaNiaC said Battlefield is only fun for 2 days I was thinking the exact same about cod. Also, it's obvious that battlefield won't kill cod and personally I don't really think they're comparable outside of both being multiplayer FPS. Battlefield is a massive sandbox game with vehicle focus and gigantic maps, cod is arcade like and fast paced and meant for small team battles (thus why pro play is 4s not 6s), so even putting them against each other makes no sense. Cod used to be great and all but people's tastes change and obviously both games have large dedicated communities because they're both still making games.
Comment about motivation: routine is the biggest thing that's helped me. Plan out a routine that fits your schedule(with work), find the time of day that you're most motivated(to workout, hit the gym, jog), and plan out days you can do nothing but chill & relax. Over time you don't even think about the "work" but it just becomes routine and a part of your everyday life. Thank you for joining my Ted Talk. - moonii
I think the biggest argument about the esports cover was because they were all heavy investors, but I think all the comments said in the video also made a ton of sense.
Didn't Blake and Jorge get picked up by OpTic officially last year? I've always thought of them as OpTic anyway. Would be dope for some new content creators to hopefully get more content. Loved the podcast!
Question for next episode: thoughts on a CDL version of fantasy football?? I’ve had this idea for a long time and never heard anyone talk about it. Let me know.
Get working on this ASAP!!!!!!! Someone will see this comment or have this idea in the not so distant future and create an app for it. You could make serious money off an esports fantasy app thanks to the exposure video games got from Fortnite. Great idea and I’m mad I didn’t think of it lol
I think people were clowning more on FTX rather than TSM when their LoL/Val team is probably the biggest selling point for an investment that big. TSM literally pulled a heist which is a fat W for them, don't think i ever saw someone clowning tsm for taking the deal

You guys need someone back in the League of Legends scene to get a new audience. As someone who's played almost exclusively CoD AND League of Legends I can think of a few personalities I'd love in Optic.
RE Sports Illustrated: the story's byline is "athletes want to be gamers, and gamers want to be athletes." streaming/content creation isn't esports, and warzone is not a competitive esport with its hackers, rng, etc (just ask your own players about that one). obviously, it makes the most marketing/business sense to showcase the brand's famous influencers/ambassadors, but to not even feature, let alone interview!!! active competitive professionals (e.g. Simp, who is on pace to be one of the goats) is a missed opportunity to promote these budding leagues/teams/players and the next generation of "sports".
