great video, and the brands that you‘vr mentioned are very great, same as anatometal, leroi, bodygems etc. i personally love gold jewelry and my favorite brands are BVLA and maya jewelry (especially their septum clickers) ☺️
Absolutely! Thank you for the input! I love what BVLA' offers and Maya jewelry has great options as well! If I ever get into gold I know where to look!! :)
Like you, I do not remove my body jewellry overnight or to shower. From time to time, I do remove my lobe jewellry for a thorough cleaning. I wear a ton of SPF, so I like to make sure that the piercing and the jewellry are free of SPF gunk . I wear "regular" earrings in my first lobes, but all of the rest is standard body jewellry.
I feel you! I've still got healing piercings on both ears so no SPF on my ears for me unfortunately. That's what I love about body jewelry though, I don't have to worry about it. Oh! What's your current favorite suncreen? I was thinking of trying something new when mine runs out!
Very helpful, thank you. I’ve been using surgical steel and my piercing has healed okay, but it’s still a little sore. I think I’ll switch to titanium now.
Definitely switch to implant grade titanium. Make sure it's from a reputable brand too as there's tons of low quality implant grade titanium jewelry out there! :(
I know this is an old video but if you are still out there, I was wondering if you could please tell me what size the triple stoned stud is that you are wearing. There are two sizes of this type from neometal and I can’t decide on what size for my piercer to order in. Is it the bigger or the smaller? (1.5mm stones or 2 mm stones).
They do offer really affordable international shipping! :) It's less than $4 if you order for around $25. The only thing you need to be mindful of is potential taxed and duties! :)
I'm looking for an 18g septum horseshoe made of implant grade titanium that is also internally threaded... yeah, it's a lot... I can't find them from a reliable source, only 16g and up. Please let me know if you've found one!
One brand that comes to mind (Anatometal) only does 16g and up. 18g for a septum is very unusual, most of the time they are being pierced with at least 16g, sometimes 14g. It's going to be difficult to find jewelry for a septum piercing of this size I am afraid :S
I actually found bodyartforms via your reply on a post on /r/piercing, so it's interesting to see this video here :) I'm still waiting until they have the 5/16 clickers in high polish again because I want those for my lobes. I currently have something similar in 925 silver but can't wear those for more than a few days because of the material.
That's too funny! I love /r/piercing! Such nice folks on there! Totally! I'd get those as soon as they have them back in stock! Their customer service is really nice as well and they might even be able to give you more info in regards to when they'll restock it! :)
Happy new year baby doll! I only wear stainless steel in case I get mugged there won't be much to lose in terms of money though these pieces do have a sentimental value. I didn't like any of the gifts that I received for Christmas so I bought myself what I really wanted. Yesterday I bought a stainless steel gold plated Bitcoin ring and a left hander's Bitcoin wristwatch.
That's the fabulous thing about body modifications - it's personal and no one, other than the person wearing it, has to like it. It's like with everything else: clothing, work, hobbies, etc. Whether others approve or disapprove has no relevance. In regards to social norms, you can endorse them or you can make up your own mind - the choice is yours.

Nice video thanks! If anyone knows a French online shop selling those kind of threadless studs, I am interested!

help me
It seems uncomfortable.I mean the nose piercing.
Ha! My septum piercing? It isn't at all. I wear implant grade titanium jewelry in mine and don't even feel it! :)
My septum piercing actually bothers me the least out of all my piercings. I forget it's even there haha
I do not like the piercing in your nose... in our Chinese culture, only cows or buffalos get it... In the Chinese culture, it is a humiliation.
