What do we think of the new Prestige Skins for Caustic!?
It looks sick but not for the overall price 😢
It’s definitely one of if not the best Caustic skins. But I bought the necrosis caustic skin which looks similar and is only $10

They just need to remove that nerf where his traps can be insta removed during inflation. Either speed up inflation animation or remove that feature. Destroying the traps is fine tho afterwards. The amount of gas traps i lose mid fight due to deflation is ridiculous

I’ve never willingly played caustic but all these videos on him make me wanna give it a shot
Caustic is my favorite legend in the game. I usually run everyone. But I’m trying to make him my main. My problem is making him fit my play style.. I play more aggressive and like to flank on fights etc. so if I get caught in the open I need to get out quick. So I either need to let the gas daddy go. Or Try a new strat
I main caustic and I normally play slow and pick people off or defend areas between ring movements. But when I go for aggressive plays, I usually save my traps for blocking enemy exits or putting them in an area, and trying to flush the enemy that direction. Often times in buildings if there's an enemy squad I'll put a trap on me, somewhere in the room, and toss a 3rd into the squad. One of two things will happen, they will focus fire in the trap, giving you a split second jump in them, or they'll panic push you to avoid the trap, but you should expect this and capitalize with your other traps and fire. As caustic you should primarily focus on being indoors to fully utilize your traps. Putting them outside in a fi of behind a rock helps no one. Except in certain circumstances like throwing one in Ziplines and choke points during ring close. Hope those help.

Caustic is one of the strongest legends and always has been. People just don’t know how to properly use him to be efficient with him. I’ve only seen a few players who use caustic effectively. He’s a hybrid, you can play defensive or push a team, you can’t go wrong. The ONLY bad thing is his hit box. Sitting in a house with caustic traps is not an effective way to play caustic (in most cases).

He’s pretty trash now. No damage, no visual blur, no threat what so ever, passive never works half the time, no one respects the gas. He needs buffs. It’s just the bitchy ass pros that got mad at him cause he was the best at stalling their w key style

Nah he isn't really that good, in defense position yeah a good caustic is hard to take out and on a push that ult is good but he is slow big hit box and really doesn't help the team so he balances out
When you want to win games, a support or controller legend with the fortified perk isn't a bad way to go.

With the mobility meta though, I use Loba and Horizon or Bang for open maps.
Noone cares about caustic lol hes too easy to push and his traps are no longer a problem since they can be destroyed. He needs a buff or rework to be higher ranked.
