Right-handed guitars are usually cheaper than left-handed guitars, so I guess that when the band started they were kind of obliged to economise. After a while though, I guess Cormac kept playing upside-down 'righties' 'cos he was used to that feel. I saw the lads play a couple of days ago here in London. Cormac had a guitar that seemed to be a custom built machine, yet it too was an upside-down righty. Then again, maybe it's all a tribute to Jimi Hendrix.
