I like what devices you chose. They look and sound quite nice. The 90s smoke looks quite cool, too. The conventional Simplex T-bar pull station with the STI stopper definitely makes the area that it is in look more professional. The other smokes you chose are awesome. The strobes you chose are awesome. The manual activation devices you chose are awesome. Overall, you have an awesome system. I do like it. Anyway, enough about that, awesome Fire System Test. Keep it flowing!
As lots would know I'm not the biggest Simplex fan but damn those sound good and simplex does have some cool unique devices thanks for mentioning sync protocol as I was going to ask what you were running them on
I recently got a bunch of smartsync Truealerts along with some other simplex parts including a 4100U panel. I’ll be making a sneak peek vid on it soon.
You just remove the wires from the module. You connect the two wires from the switch directly to your system. And you just wire the horn and strobe separately for audible silence, when you hit silence it cuts power to the horns
my current middle has some old 4903 light plates and horns on them and true alerts in classrooms, my old elementary had simplex electromechanical horns in the old division and system sensor P2R in the new addition
Can Simplex TrueAlert Horn Strobes like the ones at 0:00,1:30, 2:14, 3:28 and 4:00 be found in California? They are mostly found in the Eastern United States, although they can be found in the West, right?
@@FireAlarmDude5967 Oh, because I saw them at the Seattle Zoo in Seattle, WA. But keep in mind Theme Park HeideLand is in California. What city? Pomona.
well i understand you did some speaker strobes of simplex but I wish there is more but is this video about focusing on electronic truealert hornstrobes? i understand there are 4903 series models but there is 4904 4905 4906 and sometimes 4907 and so on.
4903 series consists of strobe plates (post 2903 series), the original 90s 4903 horn strobes, and the TrueAlerts that are either free run or SmartSync with no Multi-Candela. 4904 series is remote strobes 4905 series is accessories like skirts, sync modules, cages, covers, etc. 4906 series is smart sync multi-candela TrueAlerts 4907 series appears to be some sort of news broadcast system with LED text displays and such Hope this helps!

Love hearing the Simplex TrueAlert in Code 3 and not in continuous at the start of the video.

Should do a full home system test! Ur pretty professional at this!
Well, fun fact, Wheelock devices are actually compatible with Simplex SmartSync. However, it is just the strobes that will sync up. Not the horns.
Correct. Ive done that in a previous video
You should put a stopper with a horn.

Congrats for a remote horn with a strobe plate!
cool nice basement

Code 3 and march time together sound nice ngl

Ok 2 other questions.. sorry 😅
How do you convert an addressable T-bar into a conventional T-bar and how can you do 4 wire silence?
You just remove the wires from the module. You connect the two wires from the switch directly to your system. And you just wire the horn and strobe separately for audible silence, when you hit silence it cuts power to the horns
@@FireAlarmDude5967 Thanks
Is there any reason you opted for the 110 candela 9427 models instead of the 15 or 75 candela models?
One of them was actually a 9426 (75) but I forgot to mention. The reason for the 110s is that’s just all I had

I still can’t wait for the 7002t test that one is gonna be fun btw do you have any 7001t’s to put on the cellings
I don’t have enough devices to do that test unfortunately
@@FireAlarmDude5967 are you planning on getting more devices
idea: connect a relay module to the residential smoke alarm in the boiler room so the system goes off in the smoke alarms go off
Nicely done!
My school Wauwatosa West high school has these fire alarms but they are getting replaced.
What kind of fire alarm 5:30 is that and what year was it
the truealerts are legit so classic
Simplex still makes ceiling mount truealert horn strobes
Wonder why some TrueAlerts sound different from one another.
Perhaps some horns are in worse condition
Actually I saw the strobe light on the modern wheelock MT
That’s great
How much money does all this cost?
For a new system, it varies. Everything in the video I already owned.
Got the white strobey one in the living room and a small one in the bedroom
what? what did you do you turn off your fire alarms?
No idea what this means
Have you done spectralerts yet?
Not yet but definitely in the future
