- Today I’m going to be making MATCHA Nama Choco.
Nama choco is Japanese style velvety and smooth chocolate, perfect for valentine’s day!
"Nama" means "raw" or "fresh."
The aroma and the bitterness of matcha green tea go very well with white chocolate.
It melt in your mouth immediately!
15 cm （≒6 inches）square mold
200g white chocolate
100g heavy cream (fresh cream) 40% of fat
1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Thank you! I love dark chocolate on Valentine's Day, and I think matcha white chocolate could complement that flavor really nicely too. Matcha is such a great flavor on its own, deep and not too sweet. I can't wait to try this!
