Warlock may not be the PVP powerhouse I'd hoped, but in PVE or even zoning players it's nearly unmatched. This was before the spellcasting buff right? We got new skeletons in that fight now too I believe.
My teammate killed a guy while random clearing skeletons because the hellfire went through a wall and hit him. It’s slow but it does some work if it hits lmao
@@nickflippen6834 Oh for sure, but not before Magic healing gear, otherwise you can't wittle down the opponent running at you fast enough while keeping yourself topped off. Less of an issue if they don't have 95% DR, far more of one if you need to survive.

Or a buff on all bosses. The recent Bard 3 man comps kill bosses so fast they don't even have time to perform their mechanics. Gotta make them actually survive, as damage of geared parties is way too high, more consistently able to hit players, and probably add some curses to lower healing received unless they are cured. Then you could add crafted spell scrolls, which I believe are confirmed eventually, to have spells of cleansing and such in inventory. If you prepare enough, sure, soloing bosses should be possible, but with no gear or anything, nahhh.
Better try this out before the nerfs roll out. I got a gear set with +4 magical healing, 4.8 % combined magical power bonus, extra health and a little bit of projectile reduction and movement speed.

Whenever you damage an enemy marked by Curse of pain warlock heals for 1hp+heal bonuses. Curse of pain and Power of sacrifice both deal damage every 1s
Warlock basicly acquire leeches when curse of pain is put on, i think it's 1/hp per damage instance + magical healing bonus. With 2 tickign curses and hellfire damage you are basicly nearly immortal aslong as you dont get bursted down and keep the curses up.
The circle attack that he spawns on you will give back a portion of the health that it takes. The rest of the health needs to be healed yourself, in this case by using warlock's passive skill to heal when dealing damage over time with spells.
Immortal Lament is not needed, a competent warlock will not dip that low in health, if you try and argue its for the purple ring that drops you to low hp, simply cast a DOT before it happens
