The only thing you need for skirt steak is low sodium soy sauce and a little bit of coarse salt. Marinade for 20 minutes and cook on low for 2 hours while putting the marinade on them while they cook. Skirt steak if not cooked on low will be tough and unedible

Absolutely gorgeous. I'd highly recommend dicing your jalapeños, and maybe getting a citrus juicer. Those ones that you just twist your orange halves on are great because just squeezing those oranges doesn't always get as much juice out and given your recipe, I'd bet the citrus really opens up the flavor. Regardless, they're absolutely beautiful tacos. 10/10.
Great job but i see a few holes and as a chef 👨🍳 im jus gonna give soem constructive criticism i like to dry brine!! The ingredients u have can build so many levels of flavor! Make a mother sauce reduced! With liquid smoke so intense u only need a drop mixed with a good avacado oil citrus can come from the the zest trust me!!! Cumin has so much of a robust smokiness use it once! It can be powerful but it can be ur best friend! This is just for taco not bbq im well seasoned in creole and bbq but as a latino thata my first love but keep shining chef!!! Trust me the idea will work!! As from experience
