Hey Chrome Studios. Just a few words for you, on how Ty shaped and changed my life ever since I turned 6... It sparked my interest and obsession with Australian fauna and flora. You guys really contributed a lot to my general interest in biology and zoology, a field where I will finally be getting my bachelor's degree in a month. The soundtrack, that I've been listening to for the past 20 years is absolutely gorgeous. I even started a small boomerang collection, of which I have all of them on display at home. I even took extra courses at uni about Australian fauna and flora, and what amazed me the most was the games accuracy at how things are in the real world in regards to the animals and plant life. My sincere thanks for creating these games and still pumping out content. Thank you so much!
Okay, I LOVE the fact that even with the upgraded engine, the original style of the series looks just as good as when the first game came out. I'm a game dev nerd so if this is a hint at updates to a future Ty game (and/or a complete 100% remake or overhaul of an old one), I'm genuinely excited to see what comes out of this.
I bought the Boomerang Collection on steam bout a week ago and marathoned the games. I started with TY 3 for PS2 when I was a kid, but never got very far. After having played through them all, I can confidently say that this series is an absolute classic, and I can't wait for more TY and Bush Rescue! And whatever cool new boomerangs you come up with.
Discovered that Ty was on steam and just finished replaying it. It's so incredible how well that game holds up. It's still a blast to play all these years later. I recalled every single detail exactly as it happened. I played it so much as a kid. What a cool experience. This video is amazing to see. If Ty 5 ever happens I will go crazy.
These graphics look absolutely beautiful. TY 1 was one of my absolute favorite and most played games when I was a kid. I’m super hyped for whatever is next for our favorite Tazzy Tiger!
I JUST got recommended this after watching another video on the Krome channel. This definitely needs to get spread out there more. I was jaw dropped watching this and got me pumped at the possibility of getting to play a more updated entry! The only thing that makes me feel iffy is the way Ty looks, his clothes have nice textures, but idk maybe he could get some slight fuzz? It feels weird seeing him be more flat compared to his gloves and whatnot that have texture, idk if I'm babbling but it's what I thought! 😅 Overall I love the concept though!
You ripper! Ty The Tasmanian Tiger is the greatest 3D platformer/collectathon of all time and will always hold a special place in my heart. It's been one of my favourite games of all time for two decades now and I greatly enjoyed all of its sequels/spin-offs as well. After a dozen or so playthroughs of the original game, I can't wait to see what's next for the tassie tiger and all of his pals down at the watering hole- even that quivering coward, Dennis! Struth, mate!
Our Tiger is back and honestly I'm still excited to see what comes next. Ty 1, 2, and 3 were some of my favorite Gamecube games. I honestly thought the series would be gone by now, but its still much appreciated and wonderful to see what y'all at Krome do. Keep up the great work!
AAAAA. Yay. Hopefully something good is ahead. I got introduced to this series last year (2021) from my brother watching a trailer for Ty 1 hd on switch. I played the whole triligy on orignal consoles. I really like 2. The third one was alright but it didn't have the most ground missions. This is my second as of writing favorite franchise of video games.

This Unity tech demo looks exactly like how the cinematics in Ty 1 looked! Congrats on 20 years of Ty! I first discovered Ty back in 2011 when I was getting into older games at that point, and I absolutely adored the characters and world it had to offer. I fell in love with it again when I got the PC version a few years later, and finally played the sequels.
Ty is probably my favorite series from my childhood, and rediscovering them with the releases on modern consoles has been an absolute joy. It’s a series that has been under appreciated and oft overlooked by the gaming community. I hope to see a bright future for Ty, because the series truly does make me so happy. I remember unlocking the Kaboomerangs in the first game and falling completely in love with them. So much charm and fun on offer in these titles. A great legacy. Happy 20 years!

Man...that looks awesome. What a way the 'little orange rat' has come! x) It's especially nice to see he's wearing his TY3 outfit, which that game is my second favorite video game of all time. Happy Birthday TYger!🥳 What has TY meant to me all these years? Dunno where to start... First off, for me it would be important to mention how much Steve Stamatiadis' artwork has meant to me, way way back in 2004 when I was 10/11 yrs old. It shaped a lot of my artstyle today. Especially looking back at it, how much of an influence his style was. I absolutely love the Art of TY 2 book I received a bit ago, all the character designs, landscapes, objects...and these characters wearing all these little fridges, bandaids, gloves , straps everywhere..armor on arms and shoulders. I really liked those the most. I implemented a lot of my ol' character designs like that too, it was so fun to draw as a kid. Over the years I tried to perfect my artwork and figure out my own style...but I think a lot of the input wouldn't' have been there if it wasn't for this great inspiration for Steve's art. Today as I'm 28 now, I get to say I do illustrations and concept art as a profession! Next to that, ever since I owned my first MP3 during those years, It was always clogged with game music like Sonic, Spyro, etc... but especially the music in the TY-games! Some my favorites were Grub Grab, A bit Latin' the Day, I Quinkan, the Battle Arena, Mt. Boom...many more, I could go on. Then there are the small little memories like ...as a school project at crafts, I carved out a boomerang from wood and drew the pattern on it like TY's rangs...I role-played TY characters with our neighbor's kids when we were little, we came up with our own inspired characters....so many great things. I know it's getting a little stretched and sentimental, haha. but all n' all I just wanted to emphasize how much the games meant to me! Ty came out at a time when the quality of platformers were quite hit-or-miss. He often got overlooked, but for me, Ty is one of the great ones, easily up there with Ratchet, Jak, Sly, Spyro and Crash. Gaming doesn't quite hold the same magic for me nowadays as it did back then, but Ty is one of the very few series that keeps me coming back time and time again. Ty looks stunning in Unity, I hope another adventure is lined up that'll be in the style of the classic trilogy!
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was the first video game I ever played, the game that sparked my love for video games, and made me want to become video game designer, and I am taking classes at my high school, and it fells good to know the game that started it all for me is still being giving attention and remasters by the creators, and people are still excited to see Ty, just puts a smile of my face. That and I think how i'm only 16 and Ty is 20

Back when I was a little kid, one of my first games on my ps2 was ty 2 bush rescue. My brother and I played that game so much we loved it. When we heard that it came to steam, we immediately purchased it and 100% the game. So much nostalgia we love this franchise so much
Ty came out at a time when the quality of platformers were quite hit-or-miss.
That and I think how i'm only 16 and Ty is 20
Thank you so much Krome ♥️
Thank you chrome studio for bringing back to my childhood. I was stoked the game that I played decades ago on my GameCube was back on steam. Naturally I had to 100% the steam achievements. Still seeing the love you have for your ip so many years later is amazing.
ANOTHER TY GAME 👀👀👀?🔥🔥🔥 LETS GOOOOO
Beautiful! Just....awesome! I hope to see a new game in the near future. I got the 1st Ty game for my 12th bday. I've loved Ty the Tasmanian Tiger ever since.

Happy 20th Anniversary, mate.
I got this video as a notification, i immediately clicked with excitement, and now i am more excited for a future Ty. It would be a dream come true.
This looks damn beautiful! I've waited years to see a fresh new look of Ty in a modern 3D aspect and this... this says enough! I can't wait to see what Ty has in store for his 20th year. I love this series a ton! Easily one of my favorite underrated game series
I hope this comes to fruition, this series meant so much to me as a kid
Oh man! 20 years ago the majority of us were kids playing the trilogy. Now here we are as adults seeing Ty with a fresh new look in the Unity engine and what looks like his 5th game on the horizon. You guys have absolutely outdone yourselves with this beautiful achievement! Thank you for keeping Ty alive after all of these years!
I love the Ty games, it is literally my childhood and would love to see more
Oh my gosh, I never thought that I would see Ty again! I'm in heaven!
HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY!!!
i personally grow up playing as a kid many game titles on the original xbox but I've always love TY more then any game, but only played TY 1 (until our xbox died a few years ago 😅)
Now we pay from steam all 4 of them and start playing again and we already are on TY 2 can't wait to play TY 3,

I really wonder what the black cloud is! Every time I watch this, I cry! I love Ty!!!!! ❤️
Congratulations on your 20th birthday Ty! Just praying for a new game here
This looks great! I’ve been with TY since the first game came out when I was a kid. Loved the switch ports and looking forward to what’s to come! Ty 3 port and a new TY game ASAP please :)
The newsletter stated that a brand new game will release this September, but it won't be a Ty 3 remaster
2 years have passed… hoping we get an announcement soon.
Just came back to check what was going on lol
MY FREAKING CHILDHOOD IS SHOUTING AT THE TOP OF IT'S LUNGS!!! AAAAAAAAAAAA!!! SEPTEMBER PLEASE BE A MAGICAL TIME!!!
LEss gooo!! Ty my childhood game for the gamecube!
I can't believe that its been 20 years already....
YES!!! It's his cool Ty 3 outfit! In my opinion that's Ty's most Awesome and Badass look in the whole series. While Ty 1's look was more iconic and Ty 2 was just more refined.
This series was my bloody *childhood*. Very excited to see it making something of a comeback in recent years.
My inner 7 year old is screaming.
I'd never thought I'd see a CG cutscene like this again. Its so nostalgic. Really hope we get something like this again.
Happy 20th anniversary to the Tasmanian Tiger who holds a valuable place in my childhood.
Can't wait man I loved TY so much Bringing Outback Justice since 2002 happy 30 years you little Ripper
A favourite when I was 10 years old, and still a favourite to me now at 30.
this gets me hyped for a new game
I have such fond memories of the original Ty trilogy. Can't imagine how many hours I spent playing these games. Thank you Krome Studios for creating these lovely adventures. Cheers for future Ty content , ya beauty!! :)
I bought TY 1 and 2 from playstation store and wow the memories from my childhood amazing! Can't wait for this new TY Game! I love you Krome Studios!
God seeing my childhood hero in modern day graphics is an amazing feeling. Keep up all the awesome work! Bonza, mate! - Ranger Ken
Bring my boy back in the HD/CGI era.
This is awesome
20 years of Ty ... Super
I was 10 years old when the first game came out. And I'm still a Ty fan since then
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger means childhood for me
A cool young hip guy that loves his friends and stands up to bad guys is inspiring
The music calms me and encourages me
I would love to have another Ty game
Ty was one of my favorite games as a kid, I especially loved the first one. The exploration and boomerang upgrades were just super fun. If Ty makes a come back I really hope it goes more in that direction.
how did i miss this!? its a gorgeous look for a game, please let this lead to TY 5
i didn't know about this until i read the insider email a few minutes ago, i immediately stopped EVERYTHING to come straight here.
WOW... that looks amazing... i grew up with these games as a kid, so they have a special place in my heart. i just recently replayed the HD versions too, they're amazing reworks of the originals. this looks like a total step up from all of that and i am just in awe right now. i am BEYOND excited for what you guys have in store!!! 🧡
I've been playing Ty since the first game came out. Can't believe it's been 20 years now!
Struth... I'm mighty chuffed to be goggin such a banging new entry, mind me! Can't wait for Ty the tasmanian tiger X.
(which means we'll be needing 5-9 guys so... No pressure.)
This is what I was hoping to see! Hopefully you can keep working on it and we can get modern looking graphics for Ty 4! 🙏
This series was so influential to me during my childhood, I never though i would see anything from Ty again

I can somewhat remember seeing my older brother play Ty 1-3 on his PS2 when I was younger…I now have a physical copy of Ty 1 for my Nintendo Switch and congratul8ions on the 20th anniversary!!! :D
Considering I just saw the Speed Docs TY the Tasmanian Tiger speedrun progression video last week, this render’s being back a lot of old memories of just sitting in front of a CRT with my brother and exploring the world. We’d always wonder what another TY game on modern hardware would look like. Those were the good times. RIP my brother and best friend.
Ty is definitely one of my favorite game series of all time thank you krome 💜🖤
I love the updated model, it keeps the classic look of Ty but just nicely improves it
