Hi, I am buying a flat for rental purpose. Wall putty aur primer finish developer karke denge. But the developer is telling me to mix stainer as per my choice with their primer to color the walls so that I would not have to spend extra for coloring the walls again, as a I am buying this flat only for rental purpose. Should I mix stainer with primer to color the walls? Is it a good decision? He is saying it will last atleast 5 years.
