After his loss to Whittaker, Vettori matured significantly; he went to Thailand and focused on improving his kicks; he won against Dolidze because of his kicks; Marvin only grows and becomes a more complete fighter than he already is. In the middleweight division, he is only 29 years old. Marvin, congratulations...

Bighead Vettori clearly lost that fight for me. But Dolidze didn't put enough on the table. He hasn't throw a lowkick even once and he was throwing punches hard but didn't stay active enough so that judges gave him the W, because when you fight a big name like Vettori you got to put the best of what you can do and clearly Dolidze didn't do that. He seemed like doing what he did would be enough to win. Corner was yelling him "don't give him distance, press him, we need to score, etc." but he either was so tired that he couldn't do nothing more or he was absolutely convinced about his victory.
But again, when you fight against a big name on top of you you gotta fight a big fight, not leaving a room for biases or whatever, and he didn't do that.
Lesson learnt for Dolidze I guess. This was a good lesson for him to become more intelligent in situations like this.
He also says he doesn't like running. Well, my friend Roman, you gotta do it you like it or not, it's your job and if you really want to touch the belt you will have to run and do everything this sport demands you to do. Either way just stay busy fighting and get money but never dream about belt.
Congrats to Marvin from Georgia by the way! This bighead demonstrated a higher IQ on the octagon, once again... He always does this, and Roman or his corner should have told Roman about it better. Lesson learnt I guess.

Wasnt impressed,I thought Roman won too but meh close fight.Vettori needs to step up his game if he ever wants to touch the gold strap cause that Homer simpson type of fighting isnt doing him any favor imo.
