We got all the document required but the one officer insist on one page which is either illegal or too expensive to aqucire...I am so fraustrated going back and forth with departments and officers between the 2 countries. He has given up months ago and spend time tgt every few months. I am kinda worry seeing him couldn't fit in and lso worry this might affect our marriage in the long run. Hi Amy! I've just come across your videos and it's helped me realise how to release resistance. It can be incredibly frustrating sometimes when you're having difficulty manifesting something while you've easily manifested other things in the past. It's so easy to fall into the trap of beating yourself over the head with your past manifestations. I've gone round in circles of thinking "ok all I have to do is just not think about it, leave it to the universe and go about my day" and I get stuck there, creating resistance. You've helped me realise that I'm so guilty of resisting my resistance which in turn, gives me more resistance! Which is absolutely why I've not been successful at my manifestation. I kept going back and overanalysing my situation, trying to justify why I want what I want and just get frustrated because I can't let go. Thank you for helping me realise that all I really need to do is to acknowledge my resistance. Allowing myself to be ok with my resistance, my fears and the hurt that I've felt and just allow it to slowly release itself once I accept it. I'm going to try your advice and acknowledge and allow that yes, I do feel scared, worried and anxious about my desire but that's ok because I am only human.
I used to hate the distance, now I bless the distance between us. The saying in Norwegian is, "Vi er ett." We are one. And I just imagine we are sitting together in the hugest living room, two continents apart, an ocean apart, we are still together, our mansion is infinite... I love to non-resist. I love him. This is so true, I have been resisting realities I didn't want to experience. This may be my life's theme. Always resisting something instead of focusing on accepting the reality and letting it go. David Hawkins says something similar in 'Letting Go' book. Never try to resist something, it will make things worse, instead be present with it and allow it. BTW, I didn;t know that the Universe is inclusive, this makes so much sense. thanks

I've been doing this exercise I learned from a Fred Dodson video which was to breathe through it and allow yourself to think anything negative and just breathe deeply into the belly and allow the thoughts to come up and move through you and you allow them to leave. And it can take as much time as you need. And this really helped me a lot. I resonate so deeply with this truth. This is really important to know.

Wow this came to me perfect timing cause I am resisting a break up/ what feels to me as rejection even though it's just me looking at the lack of the relationship with the specific person.
Amy, I really really hope you see this. I'm manifesting a reconciliation with a specific person (you're probably fed up of hearing that from people) but I have went through your videos and comments with a fine tooth comb and I still feel a bit lost. The clarity of the desire is being in a commited relationship and living together and when I focus, I live from the end of being with my preferred version of them. But the resistance that comes up is not my belief that it won't happen, the resistance seems to be purely around the 'old version'. It's like my mind every so often switches back it's attention and I need to say that I really dislike that person, or I don't care about them, or they annoy me and then I feel better and I can focus on the desired end again. But this to me feels a bit crazy and almost makes me question the desire in the first place. Being level headed I don't actually dislike the person because I know they were just me outpictured, but that seems to be the constant resistance that comes up, like the mind is snagged and only feels better when it vents. I don't generally question my desires, I just go with them but the wanting the person (in desire) yet the mind really hating the old version feels a bit weird. If I no longer had the desire I could move on, but I still very much want to be with this person, just a very specific version of them. I'm not even sure if that makes sense. It's like I know I could scrap the whole thing and find someone else but the desire is rooted in being with that person, but the mind really dislikes the old version and I feel I'm going back and forth between desired end and the mind's recollection and there's a constant push-push/ love hate thing. I feel really confused.
If you’re able to get into the end pretty well then you’re doing well with your focus. So then you want to work more on releasing resistance and detaching now. What you’re describing about it being “deep rooted” sounds like attachment so start by telling yourself you want this, you don’t need it. Also, forgive them and yourself. You’re getting pulled back and debating if you should want them because there’s unforgiveness in there somewhere. That should allow you to keep your focus easier. ❤️ And remember, you’re not manifesting anything to fix the past. Think of it as manifesting love between the two of you now. That’ll help too. Your only goal is to change how you think and feel about the subject, the rest will follow.

Amy, I would like your advice on something that sometimes bothers me from time to time. I love the LOA. However, there are times where I find myself afraid of believing in something that actually doesn't exist, and being in an illusion. For example: I am focusing now on achieving something with the LOA. What if the LOA doesn't really exist? What if I'm just making a fool of myself? Those bad/negative thoughts sometimes come to my mind and I suddenly find myself completely afraid of wasting my time. Do you have an advice for me? Thank you!
Hi Tatiana, great question! :) It's normal to fear the LOA might not be real. Do your best to allow the fear, say hello to it, agree with it even (try it once and you'll likely feel better by agreeing with it). When we resist fear, it persists - so allow the fear. You can speak to yourself about it like this, "Yes, sometimes I am afraid the LOA is not real, I am afraid, it's okay that I'm afraid. Fear is normal, fear is okay. I'm okay with fear." This should soothe your fear. In the meantime, ask the Universe to show you that the LOA is real, but have no specific expectations and deal with your fear as if it were something to soothe, not something to resolve or fix or prove wrong. 💕

@@rrosewater Hello Bushra! Of course! That comment of mine was just the beginning of a long journey. At least for myself, it might be different for you. Right now I feel completely safe with my assumptions and manifestations. There are good and bad days, but mostly good ones. Day by day I work with my emotions and learn from them. And regardless of a bad day, I always assume it won't stop me from manifesting what I want. And that is how it unfolds, inevitably. My suggestion to you with this doubt is: start manifesting small things. Things you probably don't have any fears attached to. They will serve as a "proof" that all of this is, indeed, real. I have already manifested incredible things in my life, including my deepest true love, with whom I dreamt when I was a child and never knew who he was, and now I finally found him. And he found me. What you seek, seeks you. Remember that. All the best divine vibes to your journey!

Now I feel I can accept the cheating, lies and the rejection, however there is something inside that doesn't let me give up in trying to align myself with being with him again. Amy Thank you for helping me with a solution for this heartbreak Few years ago I lost a child, I decided to keep this heartbreak from my family, but two months later vision of death for other family members have been coming to my mind, through lots of prayers and seeking Gods help
The best way to stop the visions from crossing your mind is to first allow them, because if you resist them, they will persist. It's scary, I know, but give the visions permission to be there and they will naturally fade. The next thing to do is choose something else (in advance) to focus on and gently switch your focus as the visions fade. It can be unrelated like cherries, big red cherries or your favorite TV show or movie or it can be the same topic, like images of those people happy and healthy and at a future event like 10 years down the road (anniversary, someone's birthday party 10 years later, etc). Choose the thing in advance that you will use to switch your focus after you allow the visions as that makes it easier than trying to figure out what to focus on instead during the vision. My condolences of losing your child. Heartbreak is normal in that situation, so really give yourself permission to feel those feelings and take all the time you need to grieve.

Hi Amy I have so much of pain and when I don't resist it I hate the way I end up crying, I feel embarrassed and I can't seem to forgive myself. If i don't cry and i don't resist i just sit with it on my chest and it can feel excruciating Also, I have this thing where I am unable to carry through with what I know. I have an epiphany and then decide to stop resisting, for instance, then I go back all over again and I feel like Im just going in circles. Do you know what i can do?
Can you accept that you cannot forgive yourself? Because that's okay. It's okay to not be able to do something and when we accept we cannot do it, we allow what is - the current inability to do so. It sounds like you are resisting that you cannot do it and what you resist, persists. Let it be okay that you feel embarrassed... I've felt that many times, as has everyone else, it's okay. And then let yourself cry again when it comes up and see if allowing your inability to forgive yourself shifts things. Hugs.

I’m not an expert but I believe owning and accepting that depression helps a lot day by day ( eg - saying depression is okay, I’m a human being and it’s normal to be depressed, everyone has depression at some point , you can say depression is so bad it hurts and uncomfortable , just allow it , accept it own it ). You can write on a paper as well .You may not feel uplift in just one day by doing it but after about a week you will feel uplift and even forget about that depression because you allow to go depression . Consider not using social media, nowadays social media has become one of the main tools which makes us depressed. Consider stop using it for a month it helps a lot as well .you can search on UA-cam about “Social Media and depression “.
Yeah I don’t think I have been allowing the resistance to express itself. Been trying to ‘live in the end’ which at times adds more resistance when your 3D is showing something completely different. Going to try this. Have actually used this already since to some degree with intrusive thoughts by simply recognising that it’s just a thought and that I choose whether or not I entertain it or not
I just want to ask if I want to manifest family acceptance on relationship how do I go by the resistance? Would I just acknowledge them? Or follow them ?
Hi Amy,I love all your videos especially in resistance and I found that I finally understand what it means and for me that's just allowing anything including my self doubt just be what is and know that it's ok to be there. But I have this problem when I or after I do step 1 and 2 of your process and I get into this extremely high veibration for myself,it's like I can almost feel the shifting for my manifestation and then the next day comes and I feel like i have to almost force myself to continue to get in that high vibration of allowing it again in order to really come. so its almost like i dont feel like it's enough for the universe to hear my request with out constantly reminding it. I feel like it holds me back so much 😕😣 so can you please give me some advice or maybe a link to your videos where you've talked about something similar,thank you thank you thank you in advance !
robin kirkland Read this article (it's not mine but it's very accurate!). The high vibration is not sustainable so allow your vibration to be more "normal" or "ordinary" after completing stage 1 and 2. Detach as well. Here's where I'm confused: does resisting mean denying, or fighting the truth? The last time I was stuck in a situation it wasn't because I was denying it, it was because I was obsessed with it and believed nothing would get better, and it made me very angry. Is that also a form of resisting?
Let me tell you something........ 1st all I extremely shy/private. God blessed with account. But this video is especially important here's why..... (I'm so relieved right now) You can believe this or not because this, I'm astonished myself. I have been so tried, physically, fo the last couple if days, usually energized and focused. I swear I was about to take a nap before this video. As soon as I identifed an issue I was resisting, and used the step suggested, I (immediately) stop feeling physically tired. I'm shocked. Hi, Amy, what is it that I have a feeling of discomfort when I am trying to manifest something big, I don't get it where that discomfort comes from because usually, it comes to me when I have feelings which don't feel good. This I don't have those thoughts which don't feel good but the discomfort is still there. will this delay my manifestation ?
Deal with the feelings of discomfort directly. What are they about? What are they telling you? Yes, the feelings of discomfort are indicating something in your system is not comfortable with the manifestation.
Amy while trying to manifest any thing, did you ever had any negative effects. Like your mind not getting focussed on work, lot of obstacles seen on way in your daily activities etc. If so what you do to rectify them. I often face this kind of situations. Once i start some manifestations, sometimes, there is a very strong negative force which i see, and 99.9% of times, i either get derailed or i just give up.
What you are experiencing is normal :) When we intend to manifest something, all of the limitations in our system are summoned to the surface to be released. When negative things derail you, first let it be okay that you have been derailed and then ask yourself if you are willing to release the negative force (without knowing how to do that).

Did you do the first step first? Because focusing on them being happy is the second step and won't work unless the first step is done correctly. The first step is to fully allow the vision and not resist it. Based on what you wrote, it sounds like you are still resisting it. So allow the resistance, allow the fear, allow the vision. You cannot get rid of it by trying to get rid of it, you must first allow it completely to be there, because it is there - surrender to it and then once it relaxes THEN focus on the happy vision of them.
Amy, my boyfriend and I decided to take a break, and I have been trying to manifest a reconciliation (we both stated our feelings had not changed, we just needed time apart.) And I am having a hard time with feeling the lack instead of trusting my desire. I know I will be okay without it but I am having a hard time with the loneliness. How does one go from saying “yes” (accepting) to that which we are resisting (such as said break up) to “yes” (allowing) to that which we desire (such as getting back together), when these are opposites of each other but both need to happen to create the desired outcome? So trying to manifest being on-time (aka better time mgmt, easier waking up in morning, less traffic, etc), you accept being late? And you're not supposed to need it even if people get ticked off with you over it?
echoanswers You accept how you’d FEEL about being late. It’s about emotions. “I’d feel angry/disappointed/frustrated, yes, I would feel that way, of course I’d feel that way after trying so hard to be on time and not succeeding yet.”
so if it bothers me and am in denial that my POI is still living with a person he kinda is in a relationship intead of moving in with me I should just ask the universe how to help me allow it(accepting it as currently reality or past?)? Since I want to manifest us being/living together I don't know how to incorporate accepting things as they are because I feel it contradicts with I want things. How do you see it with focusing on feeling, "knowing" and seeing/thinking things as if they already are as I wan them to be?
I suggest identifying how YOU feel about the entire situation. Do you feel hopeless, powerless, frustrated, etc? Then allow that feeling. Often we go into denial or try to manifest because we hope that changing our reality will keep us from facing something that we don't like. What is your real fear about this situation? Face it, allow the feelings to come up and then you won't have a reason to be in denial of it. Also, see it as two different steps. One step is where you focus on what you want. The other step is where you face your fears and release resistance. They contradict each other for most people and it's totally fine. "Allow" the contradiction. :)

Yes. So accept it already happened and is happening. That sucks but it’s okay because you can think “that’s temporary.” Accept however you feel about it. If you’re annoyed, tell yourself that’s a normal feeling. Then go back to focusing on your end result. 💖
What you resist, persists. So if you resist the lack of money, the lack of money persists. People typically do not resist the abundance of money so it's not simply resisting "money" it's more about the lack or abundance of money that matters and whether or not you are allowing or resisting your own beliefs/perspective about money. Once you allow the lack of money (instead of resisting it) you can start allowing more to come in and change your money beliefs faster.
"People typically do not resist the abundance of money" - in spiritual teachings, normally we are taught to store our wealth in the heaven, not to chase the earthly wealth/materials. i've been allowing lack of money/minimalist lifestyle but abundance doesnt seem to persist/flow in. 2. another `resist-persist' is about the creepy stalker/sexual harrassment.
GodGoodGrandeur GreatGlory Resisting or allowing is the first step, not the only step. So if you are allowing lack of money then start working on changing beliefs around money. It’s far easier to shift beliefs about money when in a state of allowing versus a state of resistance. With unwanted advances from someone, do your best to protect yourself and get away from them in real life. Be safe about it above all else, (edited because I accidentally posted before I finished). When you are in a safe place, alone and not disturbed by the person, forgive them in your mind. You don’t have to tell them you forgive them. This releases resistance on your side and if you can allow them to be as they are (while staying safe) then eventually they will go away. It may take a few times of forgiveness but it’s the same idea with bullies. If you ignore them they eventually leave you alone because they are not getting any reaction from you either way. But on an energy level it has to be done as ignoring (almost being indifferent) to someone while in a state of allowing not a state of resistance. It’s not an easy thing to do, it’s quite challenging at first and can feel frustrating that you have to do it at all (because it’d be easier if they’d just go away) but that’s the general idea of what can work on an energy level. There are other ways to do it as well, I’m just mentioning one way I find works well for many people. And again, always be safe and protect yourself first in real life through simple means like walking away, not replying, etc and then do the shift from resistance to allowing. Also, if people are spiritually taught to keep their wealth locked away in heaven then they are resisting those limiting beliefs and it’s not so much about resisting the abundance of money. So to shift it would be to allow those limiting beliefs (as a first step) as a way to start releasing them so new abundant beliefs can be chosen (second step) and experienced (manifestation). So in that example the thing to address is the limiting belief and if you resist the limiting belief, the belief persists, hence no abundant flow of money.
how about love? `love come when it's least expected or not looking'? or we have to take initiative on our crushes by using law of attraction? i didn't respond for 2-3 times but they didn't persist. i only started respond after they persisted to 3rd times. sincerity is security. masculinity makes femininity. i meant, i love masculine men, and men who chase are manly. i didn't like to play hard to get but in real life, if u r too modest to get, u risk being contempted/judged/taken lightly by selling yrself short. the times i didn't resisted but forward i was devalued. i met the most cunning sex con artist stringing along with me thinking i was ignorant to his manipulating scheme after he managed to set me up onto his bed. i didn't expect creepy sleazy people, but they crept by, or is this just common to every girls? ; i did expect/visualize the guys i like, with a little extra smile and encounter, and they mostly manifested but my awkwardness(resistance) drove them away, instead of drew them nearer, in addition to not enough time and support from mutual friends and chances to meet/talk.
speaking about bullies, i experienced an assault from a couple after i ignoring them.i reported to police but police do nothing! `non-resistance' didn't work. ignoring them didn't make things better. this law is not always working, right?
This is a great video! My ex broke up with me 2 months ago and only now am I accepting the fact that our relationship has ended and such. I asked the universe to reunite us both at the best time in the future when we've both matured. I strongly feel like she was the one for me but I dont keep myself closed up for any possible future relationships :)

Hubby and I have been stuck in document mess for almost a year since i work overseas. We got all the document required but the one officer insist on one page which is either illegal or too expensive to aqucire...I am so fraustrated going back and forth with departments and officers between the 2 countries. He has given up months ago and spend time tgt every few months. I am kinda worry seeing him couldn't fit in and lso worry this might affect our marriage in the long run.
When I feel so helpness , this old video of yours popup on my homepage. Instantly I dropped a tear readding the title which I realized how much emotion I held inside. I forgot all the steps i used to do when i manifast. Now, I am still in the rage/ worry stage but i know it's only a pharse. I've just come across your videos and it's helped me realise how to release resistance. It can be incredibly frustrating sometimes when you're having difficulty manifesting something while you've easily manifested other things in the past. It's so easy to fall into the trap of beating yourself over the head with your past manifestations. I've gone round in circles of thinking "ok all I have to do is just not think about it, leave it to the universe and go about my day" and I get stuck there, creating resistance.
You've helped me realise that I'm so guilty of resisting my resistance which in turn, gives me more resistance! Which is absolutely why I've not been successful at my manifestation. I kept going back and overanalysing my situation, trying to justify why I want what I want and just get frustrated because I can't let go.
Thank you for helping me realise that all I really need to do is to acknowledge my resistance. Allowing myself to be ok with my resistance, my fears and the hurt that I've felt and just allow it to slowly release itself once I accept it. I'm going to try your advice and acknowledge and allow that yes, I do feel scared, worried and anxious about my desire but that's ok because I am only human.

This is so true, I have been resisting realities I didn't want to experience. This may be my life's theme. Always resisting something instead of focusing on accepting the reality and letting it go. David Hawkins says something similar in 'Letting Go' book. Never try to resist something, it will make things worse, instead be present with it and allow it. BTW, I didn;t know that the Universe is inclusive, this makes so much sense. thanks

I read somewhere, we have all kinds of ingredients in our kitchen; an when we go to make a cake, we don't get upset or angry or anxious because there is pepper in the kitchen while we're making our cake, we just put it in our cake! Amy, I really really hope you see this. I'm manifesting a reconciliation with a specific person (you're probably fed up of hearing that from people) but I have went through your videos and comments with a fine tooth comb and I still feel a bit lost. The clarity of the desire is being in a commited relationship and living together and when I focus, I live from the end of being with my preferred version of them. But the resistance that comes up is not my belief that it won't happen, the resistance seems to be purely around the 'old version'. It's like my mind every so often switches back it's attention and I need to say that I really dislike that person, or I don't care about them, or they annoy me and then I feel better and I can focus on the desired end again. But this to me feels a bit crazy and almost makes me question the desire in the first place. Being level headed I don't actually dislike the person because I know they were just me outpictured, but that seems to be the constant resistance that comes up, like the mind is snagged and only feels better when it vents. I don't generally question my desires, I just go with them but the wanting the person (in desire) yet the mind really hating the old version feels a bit weird. If I no longer had the desire I could move on, but I still very much want to be with this person, just a very specific version of them. I'm not even sure if that makes sense. It's like I know I could scrap the whole thing and find someone else but the desire is rooted in being with that person, but the mind really dislikes the old version and I feel I'm going back and forth between desired end and the mind's recollection and there's a constant push-push/ love hate thing. I feel really confused.
If you’re able to get into the end pretty well then you’re doing well with your focus. So then you want to work more on releasing resistance and detaching now.
What you’re describing about it being “deep rooted” sounds like attachment so start by telling yourself you want this, you don’t need it.
Also, forgive them and yourself. You’re getting pulled back and debating if you should want them because there’s unforgiveness in there somewhere. That should allow you to keep your focus easier. ❤️
And remember, you’re not manifesting anything to fix the past. Think of it as manifesting love between the two of you now. That’ll help too.
Your only goal is to change how you think and feel about the subject, the rest will follow.

Amy, I would like your advice on something that sometimes bothers me from time to time. I love the LOA. However, there are times where I find myself afraid of believing in something that actually doesn't exist, and being in an illusion. For example: I am focusing now on achieving something with the LOA. What if the LOA doesn't really exist? What if I'm just making a fool of myself? Those bad/negative thoughts sometimes come to my mind and I suddenly find myself completely afraid of wasting my time. Do you have an advice for me? Thank you!
Hi Tatiana, great question! :) It's normal to fear the LOA might not be real. Do your best to allow the fear, say hello to it, agree with it even (try it once and you'll likely feel better by agreeing with it). When we resist fear, it persists - so allow the fear. You can speak to yourself about it like this, "Yes, sometimes I am afraid the LOA is not real, I am afraid, it's okay that I'm afraid. Fear is normal, fear is okay. I'm okay with fear." This should soothe your fear. In the meantime, ask the Universe to show you that the LOA is real, but have no specific expectations and deal with your fear as if it were something to soothe, not something to resolve or fix or prove wrong. 💕

@@rrosewater Hello Bushra! Of course! That comment of mine was just the beginning of a long journey. At least for myself, it might be different for you.
Right now I feel completely safe with my assumptions and manifestations. There are good and bad days, but mostly good ones. Day by day I work with my emotions and learn from them. And regardless of a bad day, I always assume it won't stop me from manifesting what I want. And that is how it unfolds, inevitably.
My suggestion to you with this doubt is: start manifesting small things. Things you probably don't have any fears attached to. They will serve as a "proof" that all of this is, indeed, real.
I have already manifested incredible things in my life, including my deepest true love, with whom I dreamt when I was a child and never knew who he was, and now I finally found him. And he found me.
What you seek, seeks you. Remember that.

The best way to stop the visions from crossing your mind is to first allow them, because if you resist them, they will persist. It's scary, I know, but give the visions permission to be there and they will naturally fade. The next thing to do is choose something else (in advance) to focus on and gently switch your focus as the visions fade. It can be unrelated like cherries, big red cherries or your favorite TV show or movie or it can be the same topic, like images of those people happy and healthy and at a future event like 10 years down the road (anniversary, someone's birthday party 10 years later, etc). Choose the thing in advance that you will use to switch your focus after you allow the visions as that makes it easier than trying to figure out what to focus on instead during the vision.
My condolences of losing your child. Heartbreak is normal in that situation, so really give yourself permission to feel those feelings and take all the time you need to grieve.

I have so much of pain and when I don't resist it I hate the way I end up crying, I feel embarrassed and I can't seem to forgive myself.
If i don't cry and i don't resist i just sit with it on my chest and it can feel excruciating
Also, I have this thing where I am unable to carry through with what I know. I have an epiphany and then decide to stop resisting, for instance, then I go back all over again and I feel like Im just going in circles.
Do you know what i can do?
Can you accept that you cannot forgive yourself? Because that's okay. It's okay to not be able to do something and when we accept we cannot do it, we allow what is - the current inability to do so. It sounds like you are resisting that you cannot do it and what you resist, persists. Let it be okay that you feel embarrassed... I've felt that many times, as has everyone else, it's okay. And then let yourself cry again when it comes up and see if allowing your inability to forgive yourself shifts things. Hugs.

I’m not an expert but I believe owning and accepting that depression helps a lot day by day ( eg - saying depression is okay, I’m a human being and it’s normal to be depressed, everyone has depression at some point , you can say depression is so bad it hurts and uncomfortable , just allow it , accept it own it ). You can write on a paper as well .You may not feel uplift in just one day by doing it but after about a week you will feel uplift and even forget about that depression because you allow to go depression .
Consider not using social media, nowadays social media has become one of the main tools which makes us depressed. Consider stop using it for a month it helps a lot as well .you can search on UA-cam about “Social Media and depression “.

Yeah I don’t think I have been allowing the resistance to express itself. Been trying to ‘live in the end’ which at times adds more resistance when your 3D is showing something completely different. Going to try this. Have actually used this already since to some degree with intrusive thoughts by simply recognising that it’s just a thought and that I choose whether or not I entertain it or not

Hi Amy,I love all your videos especially in resistance and I found that I finally understand what it means and for me that's just allowing anything including my self doubt just be what is and know that it's ok to be there. But I have this problem when I or after I do step 1 and 2 of your process and I get into this extremely high veibration for myself,it's like I can almost feel the shifting for my manifestation and then the next day comes and I feel like i have to almost force myself to continue to get in that high vibration of allowing it again in order to really come. so its almost like i dont feel like it's enough for the universe to hear my request with out constantly reminding it. robin kirkland Read this article (it's not mine but it's very accurate!). The high vibration is not sustainable so allow your vibration to be more "normal" or "ordinary" after completing stage 1 and 2. Detach as well. Detaching feels calm and it's usually (not always, but more often than not) in a calmer vibration that manifestation happens.

Hi, Amy, what is it that I have a feeling of discomfort when I am trying to manifest something big, I don't get it where that discomfort comes from because usually, it comes to me when I have feelings which don't feel good. This I don't have those thoughts which don't feel good but the discomfort is still there. will this delay my manifestation ?
Deal with the feelings of discomfort directly. What are they about? What are they telling you? Yes, the feelings of discomfort are indicating something in your system is not comfortable with the manifestation.
to me i feel discomfort whenever i deliberately manifest. but when i naturally manifest it just feels good. so i dont deliberately manifest anymore
Amy while trying to manifest any thing, did you ever had any negative effects. Like your mind not getting focussed on work, lot of obstacles seen on way in your daily activities etc. If so what you do to rectify them. I often face this kind of situations. Once i start some manifestations, sometimes, there is a very strong negative force which i see, and 99.9% of times, i either get derailed or i just give up.
What you are experiencing is normal :) When we intend to manifest something, all of the limitations in our system are summoned to the surface to be released. When negative things derail you, first let it be okay that you have been derailed and then ask yourself if you are willing to release the negative force (without knowing how to do that).

Did you do the first step first? Because focusing on them being happy is the second step and won't work unless the first step is done correctly. The first step is to fully allow the vision and not resist it. Based on what you wrote, it sounds like you are still resisting it. So allow the resistance, allow the fear, allow the vision. You cannot get rid of it by trying to get rid of it, you must first allow it completely to be there, because it is there - surrender to it and then once it relaxes THEN focus on the happy vision of them.
Amy, my boyfriend and I decided to take a break, and I have been trying to manifest a reconciliation (we both stated our feelings had not changed, we just needed time apart.) And I am having a hard time with feeling the lack instead of trusting my desire. I know I will be okay without it but I am having a hard time with the loneliness. Is there any insight you can offer me ? I have tried accepting that I am resisting and I cannot seem to get past that stage .
How does one go from saying “yes” (accepting) to that which we are resisting (such as said break up) to “yes” (allowing) to that which we desire (such as getting back together), when these are opposites of each other but both need to happen to create the desired outcome? So confusing 🤦♀️trying to grasp this, thank you! 😊

So trying to manifest being on-time (aka better time mgmt, easier waking up in morning, less traffic, etc), you accept being late? And you're not supposed to need it even if people get ticked off with you over it?
echoanswers You accept how you’d FEEL about being late. It’s about emotions. “I’d feel angry/disappointed/frustrated, yes, I would feel that way, of course I’d feel that way after trying so hard to be on time and not succeeding yet.”
so if it bothers me and am in denial that my POI is still living with a person he kinda is in a relationship intead of moving in with me I should just ask the universe how to help me allow it(accepting it as currently reality or past?)? Since I want to manifest us being/living together I don't know how to incorporate accepting things as they are because I feel it contradicts with I want things. How do you see it with focusing on feeling, "knowing" and seeing/thinking things as if they already are as I wan them to be?
I suggest identifying how YOU feel about the entire situation. Do you feel hopeless, powerless, frustrated, etc? Then allow that feeling. Often we go into denial or try to manifest because we hope that changing our reality will keep us from facing something that we don't like. What is your real fear about this situation? Face it, allow the feelings to come up and then you won't have a reason to be in denial of it.
Also, see it as two different steps. One step is where you focus on what you want. The other step is where you face your fears and release resistance. They contradict each other for most people and it's totally fine. "Allow" the contradiction. :)

Yes. So accept it already happened and is happening. That sucks but it’s okay because you can think “that’s temporary.” Accept however you feel about it. If you’re annoyed, tell yourself that’s a normal feeling. Then go back to focusing on your end result. 💖

What you resist, persists. So if you resist the lack of money, the lack of money persists. People typically do not resist the abundance of money so it's not simply resisting "money" it's more about the lack or abundance of money that matters and whether or not you are allowing or resisting your own beliefs/perspective about money. Once you allow the lack of money (instead of resisting it) you can start allowing more to come in and change your money beliefs faster.
"People typically do not resist the abundance of money" - in spiritual teachings, normally we are taught to store our wealth in the heaven, not to chase the earthly wealth/materials. i've been allowing lack of money/minimalist lifestyle but abundance doesnt seem to persist/flow in.

GodGoodGrandeur GreatGlory Resisting or allowing is the first step, not the only step. So if you are allowing lack of money then start working on changing beliefs around money. It’s far easier to shift beliefs about money when in a state of allowing versus a state of resistance.
With unwanted advances from someone, do your best to protect yourself and get away from them in real life. Be safe about it above all else, (edited because I accidentally posted before I finished).
When you are in a safe place, alone and not disturbed by the person, forgive them in your mind. You don’t have to tell them you forgive them. This releases resistance on your side and if you can allow them to be as they are (while staying safe) then eventually they will go away. It may take a few times of forgiveness but it’s the same idea with bullies. If you ignore them they eventually leave you alone because they are not getting any reaction from you either way. But on an energy level it has to be done as ignoring (almost being indifferent) to someone while in a state of allowing not a state of resistance. It’s not an easy thing to do, it’s quite challenging at first and can feel frustrating that you have to do it at all (because it’d be easier if they’d just go away) but that’s the general idea of what can work on an energy level. There are other ways to do it as well, I’m just mentioning one way I find works well for many people. And again, always be safe and protect yourself first in real life through simple means like walking away, not replying, etc and then do the shift from resistance to allowing.
Also, if people are spiritually taught to keep their wealth locked away in heaven then they are resisting those limiting beliefs and it’s not so much about resisting the abundance of money. So to shift it would be to allow those limiting beliefs (as a first step) as a way to start releasing them so new abundant beliefs can be chosen (second step) and experienced (manifestation). So in that example the thing to address is the limiting belief and if you resist the limiting belief, the belief persists, hence no abundant flow of money.
how about love? `love come when it's least expected or not looking'? or we have to take initiative on our crushes by using law of attraction? i didn't respond for 2-3 times but they didn't persist. i only started respond after they persisted to 3rd times. sincerity is security. masculinity makes femininity. i meant, i love masculine men, and men who chase are manly. i didn't like to play hard to get but in real life, if u r too modest to get, u risk being contempted/judged/taken lightly by selling yrself short. the times i didn't resisted but forward i was devalued. i met the most cunning sex con artist stringing along with me thinking i was ignorant to his manipulating scheme after he managed to set me up onto his bed. i didn't expect creepy sleazy people, but they crept by, or is this just common to every girls? ; i did expect/visualize the guys i like, with a little extra smile and encounter, and they mostly manifested but my awkwardness(resistance) drove them away, instead of drew them nearer, in addition to not enough time and support from mutual friends and chances to meet/talk.
speaking about bullies, i experienced an assault from a couple after i ignoring them.i reported to police but police do nothing! `non-resistance' didn't work. ignoring them didn't make things better. this law is not always working, right?
