Flood at Clumberland Basin Bristol 3/01/2014

High tide on 3/1/2014 8:30 at Hotwells, Bristol. The Avon floods and the locks at Cumberland Basin are under water. Only one flood gate stands between the flooded Cumberland Basin and the Floating Harbour and Bristol city centre.
