Anytime I copy the kpg to the package folder it doesn't appear on ps3 system storage. Please can you do something about that for me.
You have to copy it from usb the way I did

Go to showtime in multi man’s desktop and click triangle and refresh once you’re in and the ntfs should show up just go into your usb click square on it copy to location then go to ps3 hdd and copy it to your games folder and you should be set

Here this is the actual best solution, i found it:
1. Stop trying to install package files to the XMB, its retarded and way more trouble than its worth. THERES A BETTER WAY TO PLAY DOWNLOADED GAMES.
If its something like an app and not a game, you’ll need “On-The-Fly-Licensing”
This comes from an app called Apollo Save Tool.
2. To play games you can straight up launch them from Multiman AND Webman! It’s infinitely better than installing the package to ps3 to open it up, when its literally just one more step.
So: Open Multiman - Press X on game - (youll automatically be brought back to the xmb) - then just tap on the disc that loads the game.
If its ps2 or something like that, its just one more step, but there are tutorials and this comment is kind of long

you're meant to get the files in a pkg format. Anything else and you're gonna be using some crazy complicated way of installing it like booting a game as a disc

@@user-hl9tu1ep9nso there are a couple of ways to download games either from the usb stick or using an FTP server if you have your game split into files that are 4GBS or less the best way it to download it through your usb stick but if you have a game that is more than 4GBS you have some ways to download it either using an FTP server or doing the method shown in the video or splitting the files the FTP server is transferring files through your internet from your computer to your ps3 if you don't have a good internet connection i don't recommend using an FTP server but if you really want to you could search and see how to do it in details
