Hello! I just came across videos of PSBRC and led me to your reaction. There are not many reactors to this video which is too bad. Hope it’ll get more recognition. This video beautifully captures the essence of the training ,discipline, and awesome skills of these new graduates of the Philippine Police force. So it’s not military (which some people have already pointed out in the comments). The video also illustrates the Filipino martial arts (FMA) or sometimes called Arnis, Eskrima, or Kali which involves knife or stick fighting and open hand combat. This type of martial arts has been around for centuries….pre-Hispanic colonial rule of the Philippines. I was told that during WW2, my grandfather used Arnis against the Japanese soldiers who came to the family farm. Let’s just say my grandfather succeeded.
