It sounds to me like she holds her nose closed when sneezes although we can't actually see for sure. I sneeze the exact same way! The experts say it's really bad to sneeze like that but I've been doing it since I was a very young child because I hate it when people see or hear me sneezing and I also am paranoid about spreading germs.
