Izumi + Katsumi and Katsuki bully him and blame things on him to his parents to make him not want to be a hero anymore. He found out about All Might and Teleki (Inko) being his parents, and ran away due to denial.... until he died of starvation in an alleyway, and as for Betrayed, he gets betrayed by everyone and dies, but that's where things get interesting: Deku spent what felt like days in the void called death, which wasn't exactly what you would think it'd look like. It was just a big, black void with no gravity. That's where he met him: Eddie, his new Quirk. So basically, Eddie is a Multi-Host Quirk, similar to OFA or AFO, where multiple people in the past can use it, but he doesn't get the past user's quirks.
