There are two versions of Golden Boy TR. 1. Pure scorer (2015 W Jones Cup) - It seems that there is only one option for TR whenever he touches the ball, and that is to score. This was a very entertaining version of him. 2. Pass First (2015 FIBA Asia Cup) - Though he was still able to score a lot of points, he was actually focused more on setting-up plays for his team mates. This might be due to the fact that he was listed as back-up point guard to Jayson Castro. I was dismayed on this at first but I think Coach Tab made the better decision. Right now, he is like a combination of the two versions. He is not just focused on scoring but also making the right plays on the court.
I don't really like watching basketball before because I don't understand it, but Terrence Romeo, Mathew Wright, Christian Hardinger and Troy Rosario caught me, my dad loves to watch basketball since then I'd love watching basketball especially that four..😊
I like this type of content bro, pinapakita mo yung mga legendary scene. More videos to come. The blur naman yung best pg in Asia. Alam ko as a fan iba tinibok ng puso mo pag nakikita mo sya mag penetrate at fastbreak. Pisyow. More videos to come
Felt like i was watching a movie or some fantastic documentary. Man this one is a masterpiece not surprised at all cuz i know you always produce top notch contents. Been here since beginning iykyk.
If you’re looking for the next cultural icon, I wonder if you think Dwight Ramos would have a fighting chance. It’s also a shift to a new kind of player that Filipinos would now want to emulate, with a more mature system. It may also help that Dwight may be the first basketball icon that’s no longer tethered under the PBA umbrella, which personally is great thing.
In elementary there would always be a small kid who practice their handles all the time because of this man, he was the most iconic players in our country in my opinion because he is just like steph na he is so relatable and flashy at the same time
7:33 Speaking of that Finals game between Gilas vs China in 2015 FIBA Asia Championship... Imagine if we got the players that we wanted: Japeth = Thoss June Mar = Asi Lassiter = Intal If the SMC only lent these players to our beloved Gilas, the complexion of this game would've been much different. Zhou Qi wouldn't draw as much fouls in the first quarter because we could've battled fairly with controlling the boards. Thus, shooters of China wouldn't be as open all game because we wouldn't be forced to do ZONE defense ALL GAME. Li Ghen wouldnt be as complacent taking those shots, Guo Ailun wouldnt be that comfortable controlling the tempo of the game and I dont think Yi Jianlian can take Blatche 1 on 1 with man to man defense, especially with the help of Japeth/ Ping/ RDO/ JMF inside. Abueva, too, wouldn't be forced to play SG position because he is not a spacer, and couldve been more effective at SF, along with Lassiter/Dondon as his pair for the wing position off the bench. Ang nangyayari kasi is Abueva + MGR ung wings off the bench eh, so ang sikip diba? Romeo would definitely be forced to create all the time with his co-bench teammates. Not to discount what these players did and sacrificed all tournament long but on a more realistic note, firepower and length is what we lacked especially here in the Finals. Presence of Japeth inside wouldve been big. Plus the continuity that the team had starting as early as 2013 and in the 2014 world cup couldve also been a factor to book a ticket to 2016 rio olympics. That's big right? A more experienced Japeth and JMF on their primes? As for the "cooking" and "luto" issue, i think there have been bad calls all game for both sides. I also thought back then when i watched this is that the calls were absolutely ridiculous but i didnt know much of basketball back that time. Plus the fact that NBA players were tweeting something like "cooking show" that time altered my opinions. Only specific calls i can pinpoint is when Zhou Qi inadvertedly slapped Gabe and when Blatche passed it to castro at the fastbreak but the foul was called to avoid the basket, which were big because they were both momentum plays. Other than that, i still believe there are missed and bad calls but i still think that those werent the main reasons why PH lost. Again, it's the lack of quality bigs (which we obviously had, but werent "available") and 1 wing shooter/scorer to replace Intal (sorry). Well this is one of the many TOTGA'S the gilas team had. We're used to it... but in Coach Tab, we believe.
@@noname-xz2ns Wow BIG NEWS yang sinabi mo ah di pa namin alam lahat yan ah kala mo ikaw lang may internet dati?
That golden boy TR7 version is definitely the only idol na naabutan ko watching PBA. From that time, it feels like no one can guard him . I missed that version of TR7
Most memorable and probably the best Terrence Romeo moments/game is yung FIBA asia cup nung 2017 against China. Grabe impact ni Romeo nun. Revenge win din against China
Ang ganda nung video. Pero if I could suggest lang, sana dinagdag din yung game nya kontra China noong fiba asia 2017. Grabe yung ginawa ni terrence dun lalo na sa clutch time.
Romeo should trim down. The added weight isnt just slowing him down, it's probably also the reason why he's more often getting injured. Kobe paras should shed weight as well
Maybe when it comes to speed, trimming down would really benefit him.
If not for injuries and dramas in his career, I believe he would supass Caguioa given the talent that he has. Could've been bigger if he didn't refuse to play in Japan B-league
Terrence Romeo lang Ang Filipino Basketball player na May Shoe Deal. Binigyan sya Ng Isang Chinese Brand ng Shoe Deal Kasi sikat n sikat talaga sa Asya Yan. Hindi Porket Chinese Brand Yan Tulad Ng Li-Ning, ANTA e Wala lang. Kasi kinukuha Nila D-Wade, Klay Thompson, Jimmy Butler. Tapos may Filipino, TR7, kaya superstar talaga yang si Terrence nung Prime nya.
Hs days ko noonwhen Romeo was hyped Talagang mga flashy crossovers nya sa Globalport days at yung scoring 30+ a night was a mixtape legend for me especially we saw a filipino guard who is fearless on the big stage

Finally! Revisiting one of the best Romeo we have seen 💯
Ganda documentary, parang bumalik ako sa nakaraan.
He has the swag, the it factor. He really is that good
Kahit ngayon Terrence Romeo is still one of the best guards in PBA.
I don't really like watching basketball before because I don't understand it, but Terrence Romeo, Mathew Wright, Christian Hardinger and Troy Rosario caught me, my dad loves to watch basketball since then I'd love watching basketball especially that four..😊

May signature shoe pa siya sa Peak. That says a lot of his popularity.
Solid nyo talaga gumawa ng video, We miss Romeo and Abueva sa Gilas sana makalaro ulit sya. Great work! ☝
