If it's a manual that was definitely a third gear pull. Judging from your speedometer. Anything over 50mph would be redline. At least it is for me. Nice pull though.
A C6 can shift out of 2nd at over 70mph, so he's not coming close to over revving his engine. You can also drop an A6 with the paddle shifters from 6th to 2nd, so it doesn't have to be a manual.
For Reall Racing you need a Manual,because before corners you can shift down and slow the vehicle naturally without putting too much stress on the brakes,with any automatic you cant doing that jakebrake effect..🤔

On a dual clutch automatic it'll downshift faster than a manual...can even do it on older single clutch automatics, though it's not as responsive, crisp and effective as newer dual clutch transmissions. F1s don't use a manual and I'd consider that as real as racing gets.
