    I would print the image about three fingers down until you get to XL and then adjust the load zone of the t-shirt by +one finger.

    So if you had a 4" x 4" chest print, the top of the chest print would be even with the top of the neck line, or did I miss something? Or was this for just a single line of text.

    I was given a small 12x12 screen to do a left chest print, I see it's done on bigger screens. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to make sure it's aligned? I'm very new to this and I'm nervous I'm going to mess this up.

      Hi @A Abba! are you using a screen print press or are you holding the screen on the garment when you print? Knowing that may help me give you the best answer. Let me know! THANKS

      @aabba220 2 роки тому

      @@Ryonet HI, I would like to use the press. But if I have to hold it I will. Hope that makes sense.

    • @Ryonet
      @Ryonet  2 роки тому +1

      totally makes sense. I would avoid holding the screen down. Press is definitely the way to go. it's a bit hard to envision this being done with the 12x12 screen, but essentially it'll be the same. the easiest way to think about the left chest placement (for me, at least) is to think about the image being centered between the center of the garment and the sleeve seam. If it get's too close to the sleeve the image will have a tendency to look as if it's heading into the armpit. If it's heading too far towards the center it'll look strange as well. I also sometimes envision where a pocket would land on a pocket tee and try to emulate that. I often have recommended printing the first shirt of a test print that's in your size. once printed, go throw it on and check it out in the mirror. It'll help you know where to take it from there and build confidence as well. Hope that helps some.
