I made it work with GBL one piece upper, but I am not using the bearing. I wonder if installing bearing will make it full auto only. I am scared of modyfing my cowcow hammer :D
@@AmericanToucan BBU has that little edge that engages hammer and it's rotor. AFAIK in cowcow the shape of that ledge is too "sharp" and it's not enough to engage bearing rotor.
I had it with 3 spacers and the bolt would get stuck, but with the stock one I would work fine with 3. Went down to 2 so it could function. I really think that it needs to be broken in a bit to function well. Comparing the wear marks between my current stock one and the new one, it's a very fresh cut of aluminum. I might strip the anodization off of it and polish the bolt to see if it would make a difference.
My ctm tac bolt does the same thing. Gets stuck halfway, expels gas sometimes, super temperamental. Got a stainless steel hammer set, etc. it’s been a head scratcher.
I keep having some weird full auto problem on semi. It's not every shot on my hpa rig but more if I shoot faster. With my gbb maggs it will almost fire every time full auto in single shot.. Have tried with cowcow hammer assembly, we tech 18c and the stock hammer with bearing.. So I'm bamboozled ☹️😅. Have talked about it with some peeps from aap01 page on fb,but nothing really fixed it atm. Only thing I can think of is maybe the Little wear on my trigger bar where it contacts to the sear, or my trigger set too far.(tti trigger) If you could name it that would be awesome! @@Wyhaq right now it is indeed. But before it was good, I mean when asked the question. Been trying with cct aap01 hammer set with rotary, we g18 with bearing and aap01 stock set with bearing. Could the Cowcow bolt (and the ultra lightweight version) handle the Cowcow hammer set ? You said in other video that the CC hammer ruined into your bolt (stock bolt right ?) It blows I cant use the tti aluminum piston head with the cow cow bolt because the screw that is there will not catch threads. How do I fix it not fully cycling
