Hamza A. Opinions are subjective. Personally I’ve sold 6 RM’s since Dec 2019 and the people who buy them absolutely love them. You don’t really see a lot of pre owned ones on the market compared to other watch brands and you won’t get a huge discount (some models you’ll be paying over retail) on the 2nd hand market. It just shows how much people love them. You either love or hate RM.
I’m personally wearing a RM067-02 but I’ll take a VC or Patek any day.
At the and of the video he compared with G-shock.I would go with the G shock for 2-300 us but he picked up the RM for 100k.LOL

My apologies as I don't wish to offend anyone but Mille is such an overpriced, one trick pony. The design leaves me cold.
I appreciate new designs and innovations but Mille makes sure if you buy one, people in the know will know you spend a bomb on it.

All be it this seems like a cold design, I'm not a fan of the red either ... But you have to appreciate the matter of the engineering that goes into making such light weight timepieces ...
I am a massive fan of A Lange & Söhne and Richard Mille ... I believe these two companies have the best representation of old world and new world ... Greubel Forsey is also nice but see not a lot of people know about that ... Richard Mille has become a brandable icon for the wealthy ! I like some of his pieces including the 027 but the new piece with the yellow and orange sorbet NTPT case ... Jesus Christ, what were they thinking ?

I am judging it by what I know of RM's construction and the design I see.
I am not trying to judge based on monetary value or any watch based on its monetary value.
That doesn't interest me as much as design, form and function.
It may very well have to be seen to be appreciated.
Clyde Morgandale I will check out forsey and I do like A Lange & Sohne.
I also like others with innovative design.
I have looked at a back catalogue of RM's and maybe the celebrity sports naming or some of the absolute clusterf&ck colours leave me cold.
There a few I like but most I am left cold.
Subjectively I dislike them, objectively I am willing to admit I am missing something.
As mentioned in a previous reply, perhaps I have to see one in real life or like other interests I have in life, I am not at the level of knowledge to fully appreciate them. I'll keep an open mind to be swayed.
Make similiar product with same quality, same grade, same build n design quality with lower price you will feel worth it. Or find other brand with same feel and quality with lower price

RM the businessman (not watchmaker) is the definition of everything that is wrong in the watch industry today. As for the product? Its a fad (hello, Franck Muller) and looks similar to a watch I picked up at toys r us for a child.

You should check the strap size with RM. I was surprised to learn that L strap for RM028 isn’t the only one and M made a world of difference. The watch finally sat on the wrist as it was born there.

At 20-30k this would be a fun and quirky piece. But at 120-130k I just don't see the value other than status symbol. For about the same money or just a little more one could get a RM004 and that has a real hh movement. I am very curious to see how will the prices of older RM be in the future, as they play in a segment where only the newest and coolest matters. Or if the hype dies, because right now if you are rich and want to show it there is no better way except maybe an exotic car

Thanks for showing. Would have been good to have explained some of the innovative materials used in this watch that makes it so strong and light (like carbon nanotubes or graph TPT) . I agree with many of the other viewers - certainly on video - the red and case design makes the watch looks cheap, ironic for one of the most expensive watches around. Guess the look is a good way to protect from being mugged....
Just saw the clones for around $600. Looks pretty much the same only Richard Mille logo is missing and instead it says Swiss Made. I'm pretty sure the actual production cost of these is no more than a couple of hundred bucks the only reason they are so pricey is the brand name and of course to satisfy the ego of the millionaires when they throw a few hundred thousands on the wristwatch and show off.

Simplicity is something that is very attractive and difficult to get right. Furthermore these wathes are produced in very limited editions and the amount of R&D that goes into them is insane. Richard Mille said they often work for several years over one watch.
I have IWC IW503301 and is so much batter and is $100k cheaper from this RM35-02
