Dude, the way you mentioned the one D7P shell that set a fire on that withering Amagi, I thought you were foreshadowing to not getting the kraken. Hah, what a killer game. So obviously it's about the captain more than the ship, but if you weren't a CC, why/when would you pick it over other DD's @ the tier? (or even other fletchers)
@@zFeatherz I think this is just a normal day in legends. all things considered this match was close all the way to the end and not a 5 minute steamroll because the blues also threw a lot. Any ship if you play well especially in DDs will make all the difference.
How long has tracking camera been a thing? I swear it wasn’t always in the game. And now that I’m looking at the presets I’m kinda sad it’s only on one and two bcuz I don’t like anything before three…
@@Thunderlord_Tozn it been in since launch. Just on 1 and 2. I thought the same thing before since I didn’t like using the sticks for acceleration. But they actually offer better options imo.
I think anyone could do good in thia ship but id rather see it at tier 6 or 7. Sims and charles hughes are basically the same ship . Fletchers basically with less guns
Heres the thing big b- why? Why would i use it when i have off the top of my head, half dozen better botes? Dont have it yet, but from what ive seen its totally mid. If it had some sort of trick to make it shine, thats one thing, but they didnt even engineer anything into it. Worst campaign in a while. Good thing theres a lot of stuff in this update to keep us distracted......maybe thats the point.
@@whokinson5314 I mean there are 17 destroyers at T8 and if I had to rank them Velos sits at number 5. Only beat by the two that don’t belong at the tier smalland and Lushun and the two that only have better main gun dpm kita and sumner. I value main guns and fighting other DDs over torp boats so others lists will look different. But even then smalland and Lushun main gun dpm isn t anything to write home about comparing it to Velos. It’s just the consumables that give them an edge. But consumables can be played around like I did against the Lushun. You don’t have a win button like the Lushun and will have to work for it but is that a bad thing? Also did you forget z44 Karl, enterprise?
@@alguil97 well it’s strange that Lushun is clearly too much for the tier but everyone expects every ship like Velos to perform like Lushun or better. And not having as many gimmicks to make it good/op makes it not good. That’s my point even without the easy mode buttons velos is still capable.

If you watch the other CCs, you know virtually none of them even play DDs. They play DDs like 10% of their matches.
