I was thinking the same thing, but then he did get a dome between those two decisions, which makes block pot a bit harder to use without reliably playing barricade, so I think both of those discards made sense.
All right, that much attention to an audience deserves so much respect that even I decided to express it despite being bad at speaking. Anyway. It took Baalor a SINGLE video to notice how some of his viewers don't want to have spoilers in the intro and fix it. That's some serious commitment to quality. Huge respect for this man. Also, if it crosses someone's mind that I expressed myself alright - it would just mean this is an exceptional case. That's not how it usually goes

Body slam was the first thing that I found a way to break on my own. As a beginner, keeping track of how your deck is doing at balancing offense/defense is one of the hardest things to judge, and building around body slam just solves it for you
I use a QoL workshop mod called 'show card type counts' which displays the %age of card types that makes up your current deck (attack/defense/other) on every card reward/ check deck screen. This makes it a lot easier to keep track at a glance, and helps against an over skilled deck going up against that pesky Nob.
I learn so much about the game from these videos. I'm really glad this was a runic dome game, because I get to learn a lot about the attack patterns of different enemies.
Truly disgusting run! Usually I get disappointed on runic dome runs as I don't know the game well enough to risk enemy intent-less runs, and feel like I can't really learn and improve my game as I normally would from your videos. But this run was so filthy and fun, it didn't really matter.
What mod are you using that shows the % of getting chest, elites, treasure etc..? I tried something similar called unknown chances but my game just crashes when I try to use that one.
It's a challenge he came up with. The challenge is to win the game with 2 instances of each card (including curses) and 1 instance of each relic. Doing that with any card or any relic is called "mastering" the card or relic
Once I got the "collector" bonus at the end, and I wanted to see what card I had 4 of Impervious Also had a barricade, two body slams, ans thee flame barriers-
Hello dear Baalorlord what a great seed! It would be fun to play an own run for this one, have you considered to add the seed on these nice youtube vids you have? That i would greatly appreciate! many thanks
Ridiculous deck. It could have gone infinite with top and abacus at the heart by exhuming a burning past, getting rid of the wound, and playing the whole hand, but there just was no need.
Dude. These thumbnails and captions to them are just horrible. I almost turned off notifications b/c they're so obnoxious. Please take control back from your paid thumbnail-maker so you at least can control the title. Just bad.

Love that you discarded a swift pot after guardian to take a block pot, only to discardthe block pot for a swift pot next floor
Buyer's remorse!
I noticed that immediately and had to run to the comments. Hilarious

@@Starcanum- Ahh good observation! I thought the block pot was moreso an enabler for Body Slam when he grabbed it, but you're right
lol

Never change Baalor.
There was probably someone in chat that agreed with him on the block pot, so he had to go against them 😂 classic Baalor
awakened one: wakes up -> gains 14 strength -> dies -> revives -> dies
sad life
Mood
Holy heck, I cant't believe Baalor got two Pot of Greeds and two Black Lotuses and two Mox Opals and two Exodias and two Royal Flushes and two-
Corruption, Feel No Pain, Dark Embrace, and Barricade all in Act 1 is just something else lol

That nemesis fight was absolutely nuts lmao it was just a quick moment but definitely the highlight of the video for me
28:55 Yes: Force Field.
Nice catch
Just getting to watch your videos, man I really love that you say what you are thinking while making choices. Keep it up!
This deck came online FAST! Guardian didn't know what slammed them.
Now we know where Ironclad gets his strength from. #blamethejuice! Lol
Thank you for the effort on your intros! it's appreciated
15:00 Its over Spire! I have the high ground!
What a rare treat that was. It's an amazing feeling that could only be beat by a 1hp run.
-"Hey how many rares do you want in your deck?"
-"Yes."
When the whole run is only an hour, you know there's some ridiculousness, ha. But honestly I know I would totally botch a start with Corruption.
Ironclad be like: "Omae wa mou shindeiru."
Baddie: Nani!!??!?!?!??!
"Blame it on the Juice" lmfao based
Every card in this deck is so good :) you’ve made the ultimate iron clad deck !
Lady in Blue sold Baalord a trial to a seven day juice cleanse.
Oh my. The run was built so fast!
What an act 1. Oh my goodness
i just recently had a defect run with 5 core surges and 3 biased cognitions, had 2 glaciers, a symbiotic virus and an inserter, got me to A19.
Dang your intros keep getting better and better
The snort at 14:57 seals the deal.

New masters hidden at the start! Very fun!
seeing this, the best i can describe the end is, you just shoulder check things untill they become a smear on the spire.
This deck absolutely crushes everything

Heart and its beat of death...
CPR was good here.
I had once a run with 2 metallicize and 2 dual wields... Barricade was nor needed at this point but I got it regardless.
That is the craziest run I've ever seen
I wonder at what point in this run, the deck could have already beaten the heart. It had to have been pretty early.
a 3-cost block card would be Wish if you wish for plated armor !
23:46 Sorry a little late to the party with this question but what does he mean when he says "Mastering a card"?

awesome run

Impervious

Why is it every Baalor run seems nuttier than the best run I ever had?
Corruption!!! This run is gonna be the greatest
Best ironclad run of all time
30:47 POV: you live in Argentina
Better. Not giving away the entire run in the beginning is better.
Is the list of mastered cards anywherr?
Baalor leads a charmed life
53:59
404: Bird not found
that potion shop in early act 1 was some bs (in the best possible way)
Hello dear Baalorlord

You can see the seed top right bottom line I think
What I learned: Man I'm at a loss here. Get this seed? I guess?
What a "juicy" run!
Mystery cards in the intro, clever! I cheated and read your lips, though (Offering/Blockade). GGs.
Should've spliced the intro instead of muting part of it. Would create a better flow in the intro.
Ridiculous deck. It could have gone infinite with top and abacus at the heart by exhuming a burning past, getting rid of the wound, and playing the whole hand, but there just was no need.
Spire too got bad days.
do all slay the spire players talk like this?
hoh hoh *adjusts monocle* I like to play my powers in triplicate
