Next yr on 7th August 2022 there is prelim exam for maharashtra jmfc but my enrollment of sanad gets eligible by completing 3yrs of legal practice after enrollment on 26th august 2022 as i had enrolled as an advocate on 26th aug 2019. So can i appear for prelims exam conducted on 7th aug 2022?
Yes marathi language knowledge certificate required 1.for new law graduate - by principal of college 2 . For practitioners- by judge of practice court They may also check Marathi knowledge in interview

Yes ,if you had clear all paper in 1st attempt..than you are eligible for exam but if you have ATKT in any paper than you must have 3 years experience
