    Sir I'm little bit confused... Here... according to ohm's law V is direct proportional to I ...if V increase the current also increase according to ohm's law . So I want to know that in transmission line.. they carry a high voltage, or current... And what is the power... ?

    • @vishalkumarverma7034
      @vishalkumarverma7034 Рік тому

      We don't want to increase or decrease impedance during ac supply actually if there will be a high voltage then there must be a low current in case of ac 'cause we want to make impedance as constant okay now your questions why we need to impedance as constant okay here we go
      If impedance increases you will not get supply properly whatever you want during distribution
      If impedance decreases current becomes very high , conceivably because of lightning or insulation failure and they may burn the whole equipment in your house and it also effects in substation
      These are the reasons we want impedance as constant and for this what we have to do is to increase voltage and decrease current and vice versa
      Edit:- copper loss will also increase if the impedance becomes low and therefore, it affects efficiency moreover the cost of maintenance will also be increased
      Being an electrical engineer , we have to look after everything

    • @manahibatauga4538
      @manahibatauga4538 2 роки тому +1

      Synchronous motor ka power factor unity hota hai wesy uss ko adjust kiya ja sakta hai leading aur lagging dono may
      Synchronous motor can be run on unity, lagging or leading power factor. it is controlled with the field excitation.
      Case1: if lagging power factor is required, the field excitation voltage is decreased.
      Case2: for unity power factor, equal the excitation voltage to rated voltage
      Case3: for leading power factor, the field excitation voltage is increased.
      Thus synchronous motor is used in over-excitation mode and it contributed to the losses.

    • @jijovarghese1987
      @jijovarghese1987 2 роки тому +2

      No the person won't feel current as the circuit is not completed. Only one foot is touching the ground other one is hanging so there is no potential difference and as a result no current will flow through the person.

    • @amiXwarrior
      @amiXwarrior 2 роки тому +4

      In real life, integrations are used in various fields such as engineering, where engineers use integrals to find the shape of building. In Physics, used in the centre of gravity etc. In the field of graphical representation, where three-dimensional models are demonstrated.Calculus is used to improve the architecture not only of buildings but also of important infrastructures such as bridges. In Electrical Engineering, Calculus (Integration) is used to determine the exact length of power cable needed to connect two substations, which are miles away from each otherDifferentiation and integration can help us solve many types of real-world problems. We use the derivative to determine the maximum and minimum values of particular functions (e.g. cost, strength, amount of material used in a building, profit, loss, etc.).

    Sir
    if we are not doing earthing at substation ,Or if unfortunately earthing at substation failed....
    then we can break this continuity of supply na

      Yes, "Ideally" current will not flow

      @@NOMORErattamaar thanks for the reply Sir,.
      That means there are still chances of getting electric shock due to the voltage , is that right Sir

      No ideally there will not be any step potential or touch potential so you won't get electrical shock as the current will not flow because the circuit is incomplete.
      But practically you might find some current flowing through ground because of stray capacitance.

      @@NOMORErattamaar thanks Sir,
      So by this way we can protect the human beings and animals from gettin shock na.(ie. By not providing earth at substation)
      I know practically not possible, just of curiosity I asked Sir
