Great explanation ever!! :) m having a little doubt at the end in calculating irregular heartrate cause there were 4 QRS complex and you make 1 more QRS complex so which means 5×10=50 B/min but you has written 4×10=40 B/min?
Susmita Deb I’m Dr.ram..in simple words,I can tell you about this 3 point ecg graph (ie 6 second ecg graph).. Get 6 seconds of ECG tracing (i.e. 30 big boxes) and count the number of R waves that appear within that 6 second period and multiply by 10...let’s assume u got 8 R waves..so (8*10=80 beats )..we used this method to calculate no.of beats in an irregular heartbeat(distance btwn successive R-R is not regular)💗..I hope you can understand..
