  • William Branham is regardless of all his critics and deniers the promised Prophet Elijah from Malachi 4:5-6, who should come before the great and dreadful Day Of The LORD, to turn the hearts of the children back to their fathers. And also he is the Prophet Elijah of Matthew 17:11, and Mark 9:12, from whom the LORD JESUS said, that he truly shall come to RESTORE ALL THINGS.
It is very well to recognize, of how he uses the gift of discernment that God gave him; by revealing the thoughts of the hearts of the people. So far no one else as the LORD JESUS Himself did such a thing yet. No other preacher on the field had such a sign. The sign of the Messiah. Today, we got all the impersonators on the field who betray the people, and no one has such a genuine sign from above. This man sent from God was likewise the seventh Angel (Angel means Messenger) from Revelation 1:20, - 3:14. -- to the church of Laodicea, so as the one from Revelation 10:7 as well, by whom the mystery of God should be finished.
Someone must have been there to fulfill those scriptures. For many Christians today can see, that we live at the End of the Endtime. And it is impossible, that this from God promised Prophet Elijah could come out of any of the many different churches and denominations and organisations, who all have their own selfmade creeds and dogmas and are all in discord. They tell you if you ask their leaders, "Yes W. Branham was a Prophet, but at the end he became false with his teachings." With that lie they kill his influence to the people. But not to God's elected ones. For many are called but few are chosen. Because of all those circumstances he had to be a neutral and independent man, independent from each denomination and organisation and only depended on God. And God only vindicates His own Word, that is unadulterated, pure and clean, that is not twisted und falsely interpreted from men, so as HE has done it by this ministry. Because of that, W. Branham was completely different and unique from all the others - and finally rejected from all organizations and denominations, because he did not fit their perceptions of the Word of God. Exactly how it was 2000 years ago in the days of JESUS. The spiritual leaders of that time should have recognized Him at first. But instead of that, they called Him a devil and nailed Him to the cross. Time is repeating. The son of Man has revealed Himself again through this ministry according to the promise of Luke 17:30. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

I believe this message with all my heart. I grew up in this message and would never trade it for anything in the world. We do not follow a man but we follow the God that was in this man. On Sunday the 28 April 2019 we had a few brothers from the USA visit us in Cape Town and we were really blessed with the testimonies that were told of Bro Branham. Jesus Christ The Same Yesterday, Today and Forever.

Was William Branham the prophet Elijah mentioned in Malachi 4:5?
William Branham’s followers believe that he is the prophet Elijah who is mentioned in Malachi 4:5. This scripture states,
“Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.”
This prophecy says God will send Elijah before the coming of the day of the LORD. Was this referring to William Branham? His followers strongly agree that this scripture is prophetic of the coming of William Branham. But we will see clearly that this scripture could not at all be speaking of William Branham.
In this scripture God says I will send YOU Elijah the prophet. Who is the “you” that God is referring to in this scripture? The answer is found in Malachi 1:1. The very first verse of Malachi tell us,
“The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi.”
Malachi is referred to as a minor prophet. He was a prophet who prophesied to Israel. Notice in Malachi 1:1, that this entire prophecy, all four chapters, is for Israel. This book of Malachi, this prophecy of Malachi, was for the nation of Israel and not the gentiles. When God says in Malachi 4:5, “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet...” He is talking about sending Elijah to Israel. It will take place before the day of the LORD.
If the Branhamites want to teach that William Branham is this prophet Elijah of Malachi 4:5, then we ask this question: When during the ministry of William Branham did he ever go to Israel and minister to the nation of Israel? It never happened.
William Branham had plans to have a campaign in Israel. This is mentioned in a UA-cam video entitled, “Interview with William Branham.” This interview took place at his home in Jeffersonville, Indiana. At the 10 minute mark of this video he talks about ministering to Israel. Later in another book about his life, he states the angel of the Lord told him he was not to go to Israel. And the fact is that William Branham never did minister in Israel. He preached in many nations but never Israel. This alone would disqualify him of being the prophet Elijah of Malachi 4:5.
God clearly said He would send Elijah to Israel, for Israel is the “you” mentioned in Malachi 4:5, and proves it is Israel according to Malachi 1:1

When Bro Branham preaches, you just can't deny that He is of God....i jist can't see how i cant receive his word which actually is His Word. Ooo how blessed we would be if we would move our own selves out of the way and have God glorify Himself through us just like He did in brother Branham.
Thanks be to God for His grace of sending us a Noah with a Message of Salvation.
God bless you brethren, be filled with the Holy Ghost, we shall cross over and meet in glory soon.

This was the man sent by God, vindicated by the Holy Ghost, as an angel of the Lord did follow him throughout his ministry. The prophet gave all glory and honour to Jesus Christ, he never taken credit for nothing. Brother Branham was on a mission, to turn the hearts of the children back to the fathers. The word of God, Jesus Christ manifested in the flesh, the same yesterday, today, and for ever'' Hebrews 13:8 KJV. Amen'

thank you so much for defending the message, to me the most dangerous people are the ones that have had the knowledge of the message and now turn against it, one thing i always tell my brethren is to hold fast what they have, because more can only be given to those who still have, but those that have not even the little they have will be taken away from them, may God save his brides from this crooked generation. let just trust God and pray he help us to live a godly life so that at the end we will not be cast out of his sight.

I have been watching William Branhams videos for over a year and Branham is a honest simple loving man. I can understand why Branhams member admire Him so much because there are thousands of verified Miracles that took place after he prayed for them. William Branham was just a man, but He is a prophet and any time a man like Branham speaks out for God there are many critics. I know of several people who accused Branham of doing wrong. Several of those people have already died a horrible death.

Critics have always been there since the world began, but that has never stopped God from moving, always with the despised few! I believe Bro.Branham was a true prophet of God. He never believed organising God in a denomination! so you are wrong to say that we are in some kind of cult. Its wrong to says that we are Branham followers, he lived for Christ and always pointed to Christ, yes he slept like any other prophet of old but his entire message points us to Lord Jesus Christ-We call him our brother and indeed he is.

+Josephine Fallah Brethren ,listening and reading the messages of GOD vindicated SERVANT, with a servant HEART,is the only KEY to unlock GOD perfect will in the LIVES of the ELECT. To obey and live in WORDS AND DEEDS. MANIFESTING TOWARDS THE BELIEVERS AND UNBELIEVERS THE COMMISSION OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, IN GOD POWER IN SIMPLICITY AND HUMILITY. i have found today 2015 that the MESSAGE churches 75% has failed with its leaders [PASTOR] PERTAINING BELIEVING AND ACCEPTING THE COMPLETE MESSAGES OF GOD MESSENGER BRO. BRANHAM. Many of these assemblies are just a denomination with an icing as a message church. I have found , that it is a lodge ,pay your dues and go to your homes. There is no burden for the YOUTH AND THE LAITY , NO BURDEN FOR THE LOST AND DYING. NO VISITATION TO THE BELIEVERS. . Because of such i am forced to listen to the cd AND READ THE MESSAGES. No accountability for the fiances and the motive and objective of the LOCAL ASSEMBLY. When GOD prophet said that you will have to go to the dimly lit rooms and basement to serve the LORD GOD, I CAN NOW SEE IT. VERY SAD FOR SUCH THINGS AS THESE.

I can understand how this man was thankful for God's grace. It is strange to say but, I could see him just as a normal man without God's intervention in his life. What kind of person he would be. With his parents being alchoholics also and all. And, it is a stunning contrast from what you could have been walking down the normal path of life by what happens when God happens to become involved in it. It is something I myself, have not either grasped or, received in my life yet.

I've heard that some of his follower's churches believe that he is equal to Christ, and that he "prophecied" that Christ would return in 1977. Any time we have our eyes on man instead of Jesus, we will be let down. When we put someone in the place of Christ, it is an idol. I pray that they all may be saved.

Is there some denomination that stems from this man?

    • @renaissancelady9938
      @renaissancelady9938 9 років тому +5

B Cone he never prophecied that Christ would return in 1977...he made it very clear that it was not "Thus saith the Lord"...that it was just his opinion and he emphasized that over and over again. He had a great ministry..with great signs and wonders...and great Truths...but he refused to make a denomination...therefore...it has allowed ALL KINDS of fanaticism to follow and claim to be part of his ministry. Anybody...and i mean ANYBODY can open a church...teach anything...and claim to be a believer of this ministry...and because it is NOT a denomination...they can get away with it. But denominations and organizations divide brethren and Brother Branham did not teach that this was scriptural. But like every church..and organization...there are problems and hypocrites...etc....take for example all the catholic priests that have molested young children...But as for Brother Branham, when he was here on Earth...NOBODY could ever speak a word against his character...he was a very humble man...he lived what he preached. He was truly a Jesus Man. Unfortunately...his church may not always do him justice for what he has preached...and for that they will have to give account...but that is between them and GOD and nobody else to judge. If the people have fallen short...it is on them...not on him or what he preached. For all those who want to point fingers...let's examine your denomination or your organization...let's get a magnifying glass and look at every single church throughout the world...shall we? would that be fair? For all of you who left the Message because of all of the bad people...good luck finding a perfect church out there because there are sinners in every church...hypocrites in every church...perverts in every church...backbiters in every church...gossipers in every church... Grass might be greener on the other side because it has more fertilizer ;-) just saying God Bless you all... and btw... you will never get away from Satan...he went after Luther's group...he went after Wesley's group...he went after Pentecosts group...and he's most certainly going after the Message group. Hold steady...

Are you sure said 1977? Why say things for the sake. Brother Branham was mature in scriptures, Iam he read what the Bible says about the lord's return. sounds like you know far more than me then, i am a nothing also. But as far as i am aware wthin scripture even Jesus never took control over someone's spirit in that kinda way. But maybe its just the word 'control' is a loaded term for me, due to my background i am very sensitive to anything to do with control and manipulation

Truth doesn't contradict itself, people can only distort... So it is our duty to really be part of Truth no matter who, and when it should always stand... Satan isn't powerful enough to Destroy truth

Remember not to have all your faith and trust in a man. Its God who you should have all youre faith on. Men dont heal you, nor save but God uses men to preach the word of god.

Many could not understand his commission,so they disagreed with him but that the pattern of every age, every true gift of God is misunderstood, for e.g.John,Elijah,Jesus the Christ Himself,a true sign that a man is sent from God is that that man is rejected by the popular belief system of the day,

this is what I know. as said that the "Great Day" John the baptist is the fulfillment of that prophecy, but the "Dreadful Day" is another day. As written, "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the GREAT and DREADFUL day of the Lord:" See? allow me to quote what Apostle Paul said to Timothy on 2 Tim. 2:7 says, "Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things." I hope it will to all.
