if you mean the quarantine door wall, then that's not a major glitch, it just doesn't have collision.

in the patch notes it said they patched the ascent skip that previous speedruns used
It wasn't patched. I assume what they meant by that was this weird bug where you would randomly load into ascent upon entering the Bonelab Hub.

Is the small skip at the last part of the first half of speed bridge consistent now? For some reason I thought it was slightly rng
its kinda random if you do it without setting it up, but if you take a few seconds to line it up you'll get it 100% of the time.
i managed to get to 05 in the time this mf finished the whole ass game
