slide guitar tips and tricks

Some technique advice for playing slide. Examples for worship guitar included.
I also forgot to mention heavier strings and higher action is also helpful when first starting out.

i appreciate this video, personally i do very well with slide but its always helpful to go back to some basics and solidify which may be overlooked. The only word of advice is to please mic your voice or mix the vid better. I couldn't hear you very well considering how loud the guitar was compared to the voice. But aside from that, thank you for this. One of the best tips I've heard when practicing slide, whether a noobie or experienced, is to do what You had said: just practice scales without sliding. BTW .....gorgeous strat.
