You are quite the example. I model my company after yours. For what its worth, you've definitely made a great impact on my life and the guys who work with me. Thank you for all the long hours and extra effort. A lot of lives are better because of it.
I grew up doing tree work with my dad, long story but couldn’t work with him so went off did other things, electrician, Pipefitter but I started watching your videos a little over a year ago and made me remember how much I loved tree work, after 15 years of not doing it I came back to doing it. Very first job back doing it was with my 64 year old dad, he was in one pine tree and I was in another next to him. I’ve started my own company and an loving it!! Thank you for doing what you do!!!!
That's how we get return customers and jobs coming in. Do a great job and people will call. It's like it's magic or something. Great job August and crew!
Positive word of mouth is a great recommendation that spreads widely, an advertisement is just information even if you've spent heavily to spread it widely.
I met you you at the Expo in Indiana! Such a wonderful guy, I was so nervous I nearly fainted. Truly an inspiration, and wise beyond compare. Thank you for sharing your style with newer head production climbers like me (2_3 year climber)
Great video as always 👍 the people watching made me laugh so hard my dad owns a mobile home park down in Florida and evertime we take a tree out there's at least 2 dozen people in lawn chairs watching the excitement ! Sorry for the share and tell just made me laugh. God bless
9 thumbs down? who would give this nice video a thumbs down? you did a great job saved that womans plants, and no doubt she loved them. pride in your work. I had some work done here a few years ago to bury a wire and they pulled up my beautiful dogwood without telling me they were going to do it (otherwise I would of done it myself) they ripped it out with a backhoe and killed it, I planted it when it was 8 inches high watch it grow and finally bloom beautifully it took over 10 years or so for that to happen I was so mad. in fact I believe it might have been 15 years. creeps. I bought another more older plant not flowering yet but hopfully soon it has been three years since I planted it. it is about 8 years or so old now.
God is good all the time, and glad to see you all are blessed and safe. Thankyou for being you, its nice to see honest to good people. Thankyou for your example and time, and content. It has helped me become a better tree man, a better boss, and also a more safer climber, but most of all a better Christian and example to others. Keep up the good work you and your whole crew, and may God continue to watch over all of us, thankyou again.
love how you picked up twigs at the end - transcend - powerful gesture. centered intent. thank you for sharing this story…(just ordered a panther kit for my 540i from you…put my money where my “mouth” is…commitment to the best team…)stay safe you and yours
Another great video that is going to help pull me through the winter in Wisconsin where our part time tree service workload comes to a crawl. Love tree work. Thanks August!
Another fine video from the well oiled machine Team Hunicke. Glad to see Adam doing well operating the crane. Your words of wisdom are always appreciated August. Thanks for the video...
Hey August how are you I see you still hanging around love you videos I've been cutting trade for about 20 years myself I enjoy watching the work you guys do please stay safe I wish you all the best just hang in there❤❤😅
You guys are the best! We've just invested in a small crane to use for tree work...so much nuance and lots to learn so I love how you explain as you go. By the way White flower plant looks like a hellebore or Christmas rose!
Hi me and my son liked watching your video I hope one day we all know one day you guys do a grate job we are here in Virginia I run a small company like you I also climb trees I’m a climber hope one day we all know grate job
Another awesome job and happy customer! Elated that you got over that cv and feeling/looking so much better. Loved the views. That area is so pretty, and you’re correct about that being a really nice mobile home community.
Thanks for the shout-out my friend! I wish I had thought to take you and the guys out for dinner in Indianapolis during the TCI Expo. I'm gonna come out and visit sometime soon and definitely interested in meeting the whole team!
Thank you for the video. Always nice to watch one of your videos. Specially since I am battling the 'virus' you did a while back. (prayers accepted) Hope the crew - family and yourself are doing well. God Bless.
Beautiful!!! There is nothing wrong with your vocabulary. No need to aplogise for anything. I saw some more things as I watched this the second time. Hanging the wide branches with speedline slings like christmas ornaments and BP saw also. No time wasted in lowering anything to ground and then getting the larger saw up. Also, nothing whatsoever damaged on the ground Excellent! Thanks!
Treating your customers with love and respect, it is reciprocated. There is not much respect or appreciation for the elderly, but too, there are some elderly devils and witches who delight in being devious.
Wish I could add pics, somewhat new climber who learned from you and buckin billy ray. But my last job scared the shit out of me when I found cables holding it together, but I still got the job done. 💪🏻
Your get your points across really well I’m dyslexic and slow learning. yes, I understand what you’re doing . you’re reducing the circumference of the tree as it lands I get it ! …:…
Beautiful Acer Palmatum specimen - not a single leaf damaged-excellent job!! I wonder how the Acer will now adapt to much more sun... Probably fine in the Northwest but hear in Texas it would be a death sentence without that overstory.
The plant at the end is called Helleborus (Christmas rose or black hellebore) blooms in the winter as the lady said which is nice considering nearly everything has already bloomed, they bloom very long and with a lot of flowers should google it they look great.
Sweet! I had the arborist leave my maple stump tall and was thinking of putting a pot on it. It might even deter squirrels. Ha! Ha! 🐿️ I also had them leave me "cookies" for stepping stones and sitting on stumps. One was the crotch of the double leaders (that's why I had it removed, only a matter of time and it would be on my roof). Turned upside down it looks like someone is standing in my garden.
Wow, like cutting a tree in somebody's livingroom. No collateral damage takes a lot of care. Nice work. Got a Monkey Beaver sticker on my 2511t. (with Panther 16" setup and display only muffler) Just have to represent ya know.
Sorry for random comments. I usually write as I watch. That was cool of y'all to get those nice people on UA-cam. Stay safe and another awesome video in the archive.
I just hired some arborists with a boom truck to trim potentially dangerous dead branches that were at least 45-feet up a tree, just so that I could skip that whole 'falling to my death' thing. They did great work.
You can trust us 99.9% of the time lol. Awesome video. I just bought a new saddle but had to go with the TM Evo. Couldn't wait for turn around. But I will be picking up a monkey beaver soon.
Thanks for the speedline tip. While it probably won't be advantageous anytime soon for keeping branches off a crane boom lol, I can use that trick when falling a tree that's a bit wide for the window I have when working in a target rich location. It sure beats rigging them out, especially when on a job by myself. Have a blessed day.
Great rigging Adam n Jeff wow what a great super power to move like the matrix lol. Oh it joe from Mountain View California people can look it up if there curious 😎
My father wore climbing spikes for a couple decades of being an electrical utility worker. He once climbed a tree with a chain saw to cut it down as to open up between first and second base. Before that, if you hit the tree above the branches it was a ground rule double.
You are quite the example. I model my company after yours. For what its worth, you've definitely made a great impact on my life and the guys who work with me. Thank you for all the long hours and extra effort. A lot of lives are better because of it.

Moments like that are beautiful. I’m sure you will always remember that moment being in a tree next to your dad, climb safe and keep it up. 👍
Cool story 😎
l agree with mr “my tree” you are a rock star in our industry🤓🤘🏼
That might be the most words Jeff has ever said in a video haha I loved that!
Simply AMAZING! The gnome garden remains undisturbed! All the little gnomes rejoiced! 🦄🦝🐰🐥🦃🦊🐈 Yea! 👍

Sorry, Jeff! Didn't mean to leave you out. August was right... Fastest saw in the west.

Enourmous amounts of non renewable resources have to be consumed to mfg that saw/battery + make the electricity to charge it.

Japanese maple is one of my favorite. Italian cypress is my 2nd... nice video
